Damaged on delivery--Twice-Can't Trust the Product
Would Not RecommendWe had high hopes for this washer but it arrived terribly dented. Lowe's exchanged it for the same model, and we waited for it several days. The second washer in the same model arrived terribly damaged. We are refunding this product ASAP now and will shop for another brand at another store. I would have thought the delivery people could have checked out the washers before they delivered it. We had to move everything in the house (twice) to get them in here and now we don't have a washer at all. ...

Would RecommendClothes are clean and washer seems well made. I like the impeller. Dislikes are height. I have to tiptoe to reach bottom. Washer locks quickly so cant throw missed items in. The cycles are long. My choice was 4.8 model of this washer, but 45 days out of stock. Will keep and just make adjustments.

Would Not Recommendleaves lint& stuff all over clothes that are supposed to beclean& it shows there's a power outage everyday & sometimes it just shuts off

Would Not RecommendWashes just fine but any load with blankets and sheets or rugs are guaranteed to put the machine off balance and it is difficult to get it to balance. Love the pet feature.

Would Not RecommendWe purchased this washer in November and by April it was broken. It has been over two weeks and the Maytag repair people can not locate the part they need to fix it. We called the parts manufacturer and they said the part is "still in production". We have no end in sight and Maytag has not been helpful at all. We just want a washer that works, especially since this one is only four months old and now is only as good as a doorstop.

Would RecommendDelivery was great, but installation went bad, during the pre- operation of washer, the unit was defective and flooded the wash room. Delivery persons were called back to remove unit and set-up a new unit and delivery.
