If it breaks after 30 days, Lowe’s completely disregards you. Mine broke within 90 days and I got stuck in the middle between Maytag and the repair faculty. You have no advocate. One week since the washer broke and still waiting on “parts.” Order from an independent retail store who stands behind customer service and who will replace it rather than put you in limbo when the machine breaks soon after you purchase it. Purchased in December of 2025. Stopped working June 5th 2026, submitted a claim for repair that is covered in the warranty the next day. My Washing Machine Review :)

The only thing is that you have to treat and scrub stains like blood before washing, because the washer cycle doesn’t remove tough stains by itself. I got this washer because it has a pet hair filter that you can easily take out and clean after every wash. That was a huge selling point for me because my pumps tend to get clogged frequently due to excessive pet hair. Damaged on delivery--Twice-Can't Trust the Product

We had high hopes for this washer but it arrived terribly dented. Lowe's exchanged it for the same model, and we waited for it several days. The second washer in the same model arrived terribly damaged. We are refunding this product ASAP now and will shop for another brand at another store.
