Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the pet hair filter's effectiveness, quiet operation, and spacious drum capacity for handling large items like comforters and bulky loads. However, many report significant reliability issues including control board failures, clothes getting locked inside, and lengthy repair delays. Some express frustration with design choices like the lack of a soak mode and impeller performance. Despite standout features, widespread mechanical breakdowns and poor service response leave many questioning the value of their purchase.

Would Not Recommendleaves lint& stuff all over clothes that are supposed to beclean& it shows there's a power outage everyday & sometimes it just shuts off
Not worth the aggravation
Would Not RecommendWashes just fine but any load with blankets and sheets or rugs are guaranteed to put the machine off balance and it is difficult to get it to balance. Love the pet feature.

Broke Quickly
Would Not RecommendWe purchased this washer in November and by April it was broken. It has been over two weeks and the Maytag repair people can not locate the part they need to fix it. We called the parts manufacturer and they said the part is "still in production". We have no end in sight and Maytag has not been helpful at all. We just want a washer that works, especially since this one is only four months old and now is only as good as a doorstop.

Personal reacted well to the issue.
Would RecommendDelivery was great, but installation went bad, during the pre- operation of washer, the unit was defective and flooded the wash room. Delivery persons were called back to remove unit and set-up a new unit and delivery.
