So far love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned this washer now over a month and love it. So much quieter than my front loader was. Love the turbo feature. Clothes usually done in 30 minutes.. Pleasant song when cycle is done. Thought it would be crazy to have an app for your appliance but have actually used it. One negative is I always have to change the temperature setting. Default is warm and I wash most clothing on cold.

Hate this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer spins my clothes so hard and fast that any shirts I would normally hang to dry I am now forced to either put them in the dryer or iron because they are so twisted and wrinkled right out of the machine and that is with the “Delicate” setting on “Low Spin”! I want my old machine back!

Very Nice Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like thew fact that I can have a full tub of water instead of the HE level of water, it took a little bit to get used to the settings but now very easy to navigate. The extra large tub is great for quilts and bedspreads, now I do not have to go to a laundry mat and do the quilts and bedspreads.

LG Electronic - Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the kitchen appliance package about 4 years ago, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher because of the Consumer Reports rating. We were very pleased. After checking Consumer Reports and the current experience we have with the kitchen appliances we purchased the LG washer and dryer set. To date I love it! Its more efficient and quieter. I am also amazed how large the capacity is.

LG agitator top load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few weeks ago, I purchased the LG top load washer with agitator to replace my 10 year old LG top load washer. I wanted something to match my dryer, which fortunately is still working so far. I really like the agitator feature that my other washing machine did not have. Also, the wash cycle seems to be faster than the previous model.

worth it

Not as effective as my last LG

We bought this a couple of months ago. At first It seemed like a good idea. The first set of whites I did were far from clean. Then our blouses started to show tightening or running of the material. This is from the agitator. I had an LG front loader for 15 years. I loved that machine. It got my clothes much cleaner and was good to the fabric.

Do not buy this washer!

I could fill a book with what I hate about this washer. Purchased it in Jan 2022 to replace a 20 year old Kenmore that still cleaned clothes perfectly but was going to need major repairs, I took the advice of Consumer Reports and purchased this top rated model thinking it woudl be a nice upgrade. I don't know who rates these things for them now but they obviously never owned a good old washer. This one is a pain to operate. The zillions of wash cycles are worthless. The wifi is fun but seriously...

Touch panel issues just a little over a year old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really loved my new washer until about a month ago when it began to become difficult to power on the machine. I have arthritis and do not have a lot of hand strength so I couldn't press the button but so hard. For the past 2 weeks, the power button wouldn't come on at all. I've reset but nothing. I'm so disappointed that it appears my new machine needs a new touch panel board. Expensive I'm sure! No problems with start button or my LG dryer ...

Straight Trash

Straight trash. We’ve had this washer for 16 months and are currently waiting for the clutch to be replaced. It’s been 5 weeks so far. First, the part was out of stock. Next, the part was delivered but was faulty. Now, we wait and make trips to our local laundromat. I’ve since learned of friends that have this same washer and have endured 3 repairs over a couple years. Terrific features - excellent quality

This machine is much better in a lot of different aspects and really like the anti-vibration feature which is not available on lot of other washing machines out there. The extra large capacity is excellent for washing all types of bedding and pillows.

Good Washer, Terrific Associate!

A great washer for a great price. The sales associate, Colin Chapman, was terrific. Absolutely no pressure from him, just the facts. He was professional and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor. I've never enjoyed buying an appliance before, but I can guarantee I will be back to buy from him again!

This was an expensive washing machine, so I expected it to work as advertised. From the first day it has been a disappointment. It doesn't do a good job at cleaning clothes ( I have an agitator model), the water level was too low and didn't clean the clothes, so I selected the "deep load" option (there are no other water level options) and now it uses way too much water for both the wash and rinse.
