Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I month this washer machine in May. Cool features. The machine senses how big or small your load is and then adjust the water level and time to wash accordingly.

Washes well, lousy repair service

The water pump went at the one-year mark. LG covered it under warranty. Our previous LG washer broke down within a few years and we had to replace it, so these experiences shake my confidence in LG products. The local repair contractor was difficult to work with. They kept changing information provided, got confused about the repair dates they set, and in one case just didn't show.

Cleaner Wash!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG washer about a month ago. It has a 10 year warranty on the motor!!! This time I purchased one with an agitator which washes my clothes much better! It’s a quiet washer and it does a great job. I’m very pleased. I will buy an LG dryer once my current one dies on me. It’s a different brand.

Not recommended

Like someone else who previously rated, my washer also would not finish it's cycle. Error code shower not enough water pressure always comes on during the rinse cycle. Plumbers in 3 times and confirms that my water pressure is not the problem. I will be returning the washer.

Warranty work under 12 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apparently we bought this 46 weeks ago, I only know this because it started leaking and when I called for warrant repair the told me it was covered by 12-month manufacturer warranty. That said it washed fine until it leaked on our new floors. Very nice and efficient washer

Good looking washer that functions great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our LG washer for over 2 months and have been really pleased with it. Love how it cleans the clothes and how nice it functions with the LG app and Google Home. We get alerts when cycles are done and it also coordinates with our dryer which settings the load should use.

Large tub and an agitator!

Great options

You could not get the machine to power on no matter how you pushed the button. And you aren't able to power the machine on from your phone, which is a downer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I asked about this before buying this, and did a great job on my bedding and other heavy stuff. My other laundry comes out very clean and would buy this again and again.

GETS CLOTHES CLEAN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazed at the cleaning that comes out of this machine, once we figured out how to use it?. Needs to have more water in the normal cycle, use the deep fill now to get water over the clothes. Other than that this machine cleans excellent, and has tons of room for bed spreads and blankets

Colors nice

Had it for less then a6 months and had to have the panel replaced Water wouldn't reach the correct levels and the detergent/softner wouldn't get all the way rinced out because the levels of water not working right

Water level

It seems that the water level is very low. Is this normal,when washing sheets etc?
