Best washer I've owned.

I bought this model on April 9, 2021 and saw it is now discontinued. I'm disappointed because if something does happen to my washer, I most likely won't be able to find parts for it, or the whole unit itself. I love this washer. Mine has not had one problem and I bought a 3 year service agreement. I hope that's not or will be the issue we're it malfunction or break.

Odd Glitch

We had this washer for just a few months before it began giving us issues. There were several error codes, but the main concern is the power button. Apparently, it's an issue with this model, but the company can't or shall we say will not, honor their mistake in production.

Do not buy…

Washer only lasted less than 2 years. Will not power up because power button is broken. Buy a different brand.

Best Washer Ever!

I bought this a year ago. We had a KG washer at the vacation rental we had years ago. I was waiting for my washer to go as I wanted the same one. This one is a little different but it did not disappoint me. It is the best washer I have had in 41 years. Thank you LG!!!

Two year review

Purchased this washer in 2021 and today it will not power on. Thankfully we did purchase the extended protection plan.

Control panel broke after around 2 years

One of the main buttons stopped working after around two years so we tried to get help from Lowe’s but of course they would not cover this or stand by their product. So now we have to use the washer without the piece that goes on top of the buttons. my husband spent a lot of time talking to LG and we even had registered the washer and they will not help us. Also, very loud during spin cycle.

Machine is a waste of money

2 years old and I already had to replace the memory board. Now I’m waiting for another part because the buttons do not make contact and the machine will not start.

Junk

Everyday normal washing occurs in my household, The washer ran fine until recently. the machine started to make squealing noise while in the spin cycle. I purchased a warranty with Asurian Sevice, I called for service on May 22, 2023 and have had nothing but a run around, many calls and no warranty service. This is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever bought. I will not ever purchase an LG anythin...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very glad at first that I had spent the extra money to get a high end appliance made by a recommended brand like LG. The first 2 yrs or so I was very happy with it. Then I started experiencing error codes during a wash cycle. I had to use the You Tube app to get info to correct them. This has happened 4 more times. I'm disappointed and disillusioned.

Power button broken after 18 months

The on/off button on this washer started working sporadically after one year and now has stopped working altogether. I cannot recommend this product.

Clothes are clean

I bought this a month ago and it worked great at first now it’s become extremely loud for no reason.

I new washer was installed in my new house on 8/29

Very disappointed! If I put clothes in at a normal wash they some don’t even get wet! So I wash EVERYTHING on a full water wash! I NEVER use softener because the tub & dasher are cover w/ softener resado!

Do not Recommend

I have had this washer since June of 2021 and it just went out on me. It lasted almost two years and that is it. We looked up troubleshooting ideas and many people were saying to use tin foil to help with the connectivity for the power button and that worked for a bit and now nothing. Pretty sad a whole slew of people have to use this trick to get it to turn on. Not happy with this product at all.

13 months out it needs new part's

Terrible washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washer for about 2 years and it stopped working. Called a lot of different companies to try to fix it but it was a lot cheaper to buy a new one then get it fixed. I would not recommend this washer and would give it 0 stars if I could.

Awful

I bought this machine 3 years ago..never gets my clothes clean no matter how many different things I try and now it's broken and won't turn on. Service has been awful. Wish I could afford a new washer.

Washer

The washer only lasted for a couple of years and then the board for controls went out. Other than that it worked well and got a lot of laundry done!

Lg washer top loader white

Never could get the hot water cycle to work. And the fabric softener dispenser, clogs and can't get it cleaned

Features seem good

My drain pump has failed after less than 2 years . I’m disappointed in the warranty and the repair service contractor
