I have had this machine a few years and it has run just fine which I do appreciate. What I don't like is that my light clothes come out with dark marks on them and my dark clothes come out with a white powdery substance. I do clean my machine with a cleaning agent and it does not help. I asked about this once and it said to clean the machine a few times. I did that once and it didn't help either.

Cleaned good, but….
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine worked wonderfully until last month. It wouldn’t quit spinning. The LG repairman has been here twice and it still isn’t fixed. Apparently the parts he’s gotten are defective as well. I have loved the way it cleans, but my opinion has soured with this repair dilemma. We’ve had a month over 3 years. Surely it should last longer than that.

Simple but unbalanced
It has a simple setup which is why we bought it, not to many buttons and makes to much noise, but it doesn’t seem to keep the barrel balanced. So the repair guy is always out.

Power stopped working.

Bad Circuit Board
Would Not RecommendWe bought this model only three years ago. It stopped working abruptly. One day it no longer would turn on. After looking up possible solutions we bought a circuit board and the washer only worked one time. For an appliance to only last three years is ridiculous. We are now shopping for another washer and will stay away from LG models.

Never Again LG

Beware LG Washing Machines!
Beware the LG washing machines. Had a wt7305 and it stopped working. One day just wouldnt turn on. Looked up reviews and found numerous other people with same issue. LG then discontinued the washer because they knew it was bad, but didn’t help any of the customers because out of warranty.
