Great until it stopped working

This worked great until it completely stopped working or blowing out any air 1 month after purchasing. The app never worked for WiFi use

Love this air conditioner, I bought it to cool my back porch sunroom and it does a fantastic job. I'll get another for the front porch sunroom.

Easy installation

This unit was so easy to install. I can’t run it on the coldest setting or it will freeze my out of the bedroom.

excellent appliance- nice and quiet

I purchased two of these units. they upgraded two old Toshiba window ACS that were of lesser BTU that were allowed and required cleaning too often. Probably one of the best window air conditioners I've ever had. The vent blows up towards the ceiling fan and cools down really quick. Extremely quiet and the app let's you set up schedules to go on and off.

Don't buy if you want a peaceful night's sleep

This AC is louder than the 17 y.o. one we replaced it with!! I HATE it! Between the water sloshing, the obnoxious ticking, vibrating and compressor noise....should I go on? Quiet mode is an absolute joke. You should be so ashamed to produce this product that you give me money back. Just glad the entire unit isnt inside. I cant imagine the obnoxious racket we would have to try to sleep through

The best portable A/C we've ever owned

Installation was simple. We love the design, it has a night mode so the lights shut off as it runs and can be connected to several apps we use. It cools down super fast and is really quiet. It's also got an eco mode to conserve ever more energy. We like that it sits down over our windowsill. It allows for our window to be closed more and not having to use those accordion side panels on most window a/c units.

Horrible AC

I bought this for my Shed that I turned into an office, it is a 10 by 20, I have completed the inside of the shed to include insulations and finished sheet rock walls. I had a portable ac but was looking for something a little stronger so I went with a window unit. I must say I am not impressed at all, the air coming out of it is not very cold at all, about the same as my fan at night if I leave it on the shed will get down to around 71 when I have the AC set at 64, the AC does not drain ...

Good not Great

Quite, like the design , but does not cool small room as I think it should.

It works great. It cools my room and the noise is quieter than most air conditioners. Installing it wasn’t too difficult. The WiFi setup was easy and I like that I can control it anywhere from the app on my phone.

Quiet, cools well, does not block window

It’s pretty quiet and it cools well. Not blocking the entire window is a big plus as you can still get a lot of light into the room. The included weather stripping and stuff to seal the window gap were really good. I found it challenging to install only because of how heavy it was, but with a second person it wouldn’t have been hard.
