Overpriced

I like the design and the install very easy. That’s why I gave it the 3 stars but as far as performance, it doesn’t blow very cold, but does make the room fresh. the lowest the temperature goes down to a 64 and it doesn’t feel near that in the room. My room is less than 200 square feet.

Worked great for a month

Worked great until 2 days after the 30 day return window. Then it started producing gallons of water (around 5 gallons a day) that consistently needed to be drained out the front of it for it to operate. Otherwise it throws the PI code and shuts down. I added additional tilt towards the back as suggested and it did nothing. Instructions for installation were followed to a T and I can usually fix anything. Not this.

Very disappointing - failing already

I installed this only 13 months ago at the end of June, and it was out by the end of August. It was stored in a climate controlled space, in front of a dehumidifier all winter. I’ve used it sporadically for the last two months (house doesn’t heat up easily). So… really only a few months of actual use, but past the warranty period. Garbage

I really wanted to like this AC because the ClearView design is a great idea, but the performance has been very disappointing. I've had this unit freeze up three separate times, requiring me to shut it down and let it thaw before it would work again. It also has a very loud rattle while running that makes it much noisier than expected. On top of that, the thermostat is inaccurate. A low profile game changer!

The installation was relatively easy and instructions on the video were quite good. Unfortunately there was one part that was not sent with the unit (a side panel bracket) but the installation could proceed without it. It seems to work well and efficiently cools the room. The low profile makes the view at the window, almost normal and it is much more stable than other window unit which depend on the window being kept in place to keep it from falling out. Fairly easy to install. Probably very easy for someone with experience. Cools really quickly and makes nice ambient noise! Not too loud, just right for sleeping.

Over priced for the job

I installed the unit in my son's room that's actually a little bit smaller than a medium room. The unit is not cooling as well as it should for the price. I'm just going to return it and look for an alternate option.
