Sq easy installation and love the fact I can connect it to my WiFI have been using it for about 4 months now everything is working great. Also nice and quiet

Mediocre cooling, otherwise great

We replaced that because of mold concerns. I also find it difficult to operate in a dark room at night due to the lack of physical buttons. bad pump, more than once

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] water pump failed upon installing first time, and after subsequent replacement for 2nd time, failed again. Return and refund was requested and carried out.

GE a/c

air works great for 3 mths, then has annoying buzz to it. GE will NOT replace it. now we are 6 or 7 mths using it and it drips water on the INSIDE of the house. I can pull the plug to drain 😌 and it still drips on opposite side. I will NEVER buy another GE ac. cust serv is horrible to say the least

Perfect for our needs and layout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install. Directions clear (& not written by foreign authors!). Super quiet and no invasive noise which is great for bedroom. Cools wonderfully and comfortably, and covers our bedroom and my adjoining office. My increase in my electric bill, but increase was negligible.

Everything but the display panel works great

The reason for the 3 stars is the interface panel. Within about 2 months of having it, it started working incorrectly. The temp number display shows just random lights or two 8s. Decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially the AC was quiet but after a few days it got louder. From the outside the swooshing is pretty noisy and every time the condenser turns on, parts of my home starts vibrating. From rooms away you can hear when the condenser comes on. It does cool the room well and the app worked fine for me. Install was not bad either, installed it on my own in a 2nd floor room.

It's loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's much louder than the recalled midea unit we replaced it with. Indoors it's not so bad but still probably 2x louder than the midea. It's EXTERMELY loud outside. We have to shut it off when there are people in the backyard.

Fair product

This air conditioner was very cumbersome to install. It is a bit noisy. It works pretty good.

Good for price

It’s a good ac. Just wish it would actually kick on when it needs too automatically if set on auto vs. powering it on and off

Solid AC Unit

It's hard to imagine how the functional innards of a window air conditioner could be packaged in a way that would be less obtrusive or easier to install. The innards are doing their job very quietly and efficiently, as advertised-- insofar as keeping my space cool (and reasonably dry) in the South Carolina summer.
