leaking into my house

Installation was not easy. Despite making sure the unit was properly pitched, I’m dealing with water leaking into my house. Very disappointing.

Clear view air conditioner

It has no drain hole beneath the fan, Water is standing in the unit, and the fan keeps splashing the water as it runs, No way to drain that partof the unit

This unit is near silent, and cools better than my 10k ac unit of a competitors brand.

Whisper Quiet, Super Cool

I am really liking this unit Thursday. I am in Florida and it has been a typical hot and humid Summer so far. This unit is very quiet and does a great job keeping my workshop nice and cool. I have not had it long enough to determine energy usage but no more than it runs, I am thinking it is very efficient.

Works great and is quiet!! Love it! It lets you know when the filters need cleaned so you don’t have to guess!!

Great design!

This unit is nice and quiet, perfect for my application. It was really easy to install for one person, though more involved than I’ve experienced with older traditional window units. However, once done, it’s so secure and sealed that I doubt I’ll remove it for Winter. I also really like being able to see out of the majority of the window. It only occupies a few inches at the bottom. I also like the mobile app controller I can use anywhere.

Cold and quiet

Quickly cools my bedroom. Easy installation and quiet operation. I turn it on with the app on my way home from work and the room is cool.

Great Air Conditioner some hiccups

Always wanted a low profile unit, installation was not bad, but the feet that are supposed to go against the exterior wall were too short and I had to use a board against the siding to make up the difference. Getting to connect to WiFi with the Smart HQ app was not easy none of the app troubleshooting suggestions worked but a quick google search resolved the issue, AC only goes to 64 degrees most if not all I’ve had in the past go down to 60-62 which isn’t a big issue, cools fast I like how the ...

Great product!

Great product! Our master BR is 25X40ish and we needed to supplement our A/C. The unit works effectively to keep the room at a perfect 69 degrees. We love how silent it is and the ability to control the functions thru our WIFI. Highly recommended!!! Installation was easy but not so easy. It took about an hour or so.

A/C for bedroom

Works fine, but is noisy and the plastic front cover over the air filter rattles with no way to remedy. Also i needed to move it 3 months after i installed it but the screw type adjustors used to hold it in place on the outside of window are frozen in place must have corroded.

Cooling feature is great.

I really like this until so far. The weather has been extremely hot.

Great product

Very quiet, I do believe a lot of thebissues people are having are from improper installation. If you properly isolate the acoustics(foam/silicone UNDER the unit AND on the locking feet on the outside)this unit is quiet as can be. I havent had an errors, clogging, or anything else for 2 seasons now. Will probably get the bigger unit in the future.

Noisy

When it’s quiet it’s great, cools nicely. Installation is really a pain and I would not want this in a climate like ours where you have to to put in and take it out with the changing seasons. Since install we have spent over an hour trying everything to stop the loud vibrations and rattling. Everything is installed correctly and cannot find anything wrong. Great view with decent cooling

For it's purpose it does exactly what it needs to do. It cools pretty well and allows much more of a view out the window then a traditional window AC unit. Cooling it's the strongest. Don't get me wrong it's pretty good but for the size and weight of this unit it's certainly not top of class but it does allow for much more of a view out the window so I'm happy with it and would suggest anyone who wants to be able to see out of the window but needs to put in a AC unit to definitely consider this ...

best "U" design, but a noisy

The best "U" design, but noisy! I bought this unit because my Midea was recalled and saw the best "U" design promising very quiet operation. It's not quiet. The filter cover rattles and the unit needs some extra "tucking in", because it's noisy when it kicks in, etc. (I have it at low). Midea is the quietest ever! But GE has the better design for the window. With the U saddling the window, installation is a breeze and I do have most of the window available. Just have to put a screen adapt...

Disappointing, noisy, rattles, poor temp control

It's loud. It rattles. I use in a 250sq ft room yet the air conditioner set temperature has to be 5 degrees F below the the desired room temperature. I wish I could easily return it. Very cheap feeling relative to the last air conditioner I had. Installation was more difficult than expected. Definitely requires two people.
