Pretty good AC.

Really liked the set up for this air conditioner, even though it took a little bit of work. As far as cooling it works well, I do wish that it had moveable louvers as it is lower in our window and we cannot direct the airflow. The only other issue would be that the system on the phone for turning off does not respond well.

We love the new air conditioner. It works great, is not noisy. Easy to install, keeps the room very comfortable.

I am very pleased with this new air conditioner! It does a wonderful job cooling the upstairs bedroom it was purchased for. This room really heats up during the day. The unit gets the room cooled down very quickly when time for bed. Definitely need two people to get it installed. Follow directions closely. Granted, we've only had it a couple of months, but NO complaints thus far.

Nice AC Unit

Cools the area well even when it is 100 degrees right outside.

Pump out is a poor design

Bought this air conditioner June 5th 2025 it's now August 8th 2025 been 3 weeks trying to get the air conditioner repaired or replaced very disappointed in Lowe's as well as GE. It's a repetitive problem with this unit The pump out to move the water out of the front of the air conditioner over the top and out the back is too small, the hoses are to small you have to leave the drain plug out and a bucket underneath it for it to continue to operate and GE informed me today in an email that they do...

This unit is easy to install and use. It is pretty powerful, and being a sill hanger it is low profile.

Super quiet and very cold

This little unit works so well. It gets cold fast, it is quiet and the way it sits in the window makes it so unobtrusive. I would recommend this to anyone. And I would definitely buy it again.

Broken after a month

Not cooling

I've only had it in the window less than one month and it's not cooling properly. I definitely expected more out of GE I would like to get it warranted in hopes that it's it's just a faulty product

Lowes wont return after 48 hours

I work out of town and therefore did not get this out of the box within Lowes return/exchange policy. By the time I got it out of the box, had someone carry this heavy AC to the window and tried it my 48 hours was up. Then I had to go back out of town to work...what happened to at least 30 day for a return!! I am stuck with an air conditioner that doesn't work in the sweltering heat until GE can hopefully put their warranty into effect. Almost 500 bucks for AC and it does not even work out of t...

Easy set up!

I thought looking at the box that it would have been a little difficult to install but it was not. We were done and cooling off in less than an hour

Very quite and leaves a clear view of the window

The installation with the provided materials went well. I did have another person helping since the unit is fairly heavy and my window setup was awkward. It is the quietest window ac I’ve ever had by far. It was easy to connect to WiFi using the app, and being able to control it is helpful. It does a great job cooling the room we have it in. The fact the the window is almost completely unobstructed by the unit is the main reason I purchased it.
