Softener and online issues

It’s maddening. Bought this for piece of mind but, it’s missing the mark, the app for WiFi is not user friendly and only says it’s on. Doesn’t let me do anything else. Great Machine, especially if you have pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quiet and really gets your laundry clean. It even works really well when washing a couple of large blankets that my hound dogs sleep on who shed a ton! There's a whole lot less hair that makes it to the dryer with this washer!

Loses Power Constantly

The insurance would not repair just wanted to buy it out when I bought a matching set and now can't even replace with warranty with what was refunded. What a nightmare.

Not worth my money

I can't wash in sanitizer option because the repair man said my water is too hot. Everything comes out SO twisted up, it takes me forever to untangle things. Powerful washing machine with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the washing machine about 2 weeks ago and my wife loves it. It is amazing how clean and fresh your clothes. We got it due to having 3 dogs and a cat, it is amazing how much hair comes off your clothes and towels. The Pet Pro cycle is awesome. The other nice thing about this washer is the app, you can do custom cycles and you can follow the progress of your cycle and once finished, the app alerts you.

Electronic component broke after just 2 months

Enhanced features

Junk don’t buy.

Had to call to get them to come back and repair. Never got a call to reschedule. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

Not a user friendly or reliable product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine two months ago and have done maybe 8 loads of laundry and have had to call for repair twice now. It keep filling with water and then stopping with the lid locked and says “contact service”. Also I have to hold the power button for 20 seconds to turn it on and the start button for 10 seconds to get the machine to start. I am very dissatisfied with this product and am asking for an exchange or refund.
