Overall good refrigerator

The temperature seems to be spot on and all groceries have stayed fresh. The only reason it was not given 5 stars is that the inside water dispenser continues to leak and we have been waiting 3 months for the replacement part. Unacceptable for a new refrigerator. Looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an 18 y.o KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator. Though the capacity of this newer one is a bit smaller, the french door layout is very accommodating. Digitial controls took a bit of getting used to but having pantry controls is a nice feature.

Overall good fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only complaint is the ice maker won’t stop making ice and it piles up in bin then when you open freezer drawer a few cubes fall behind it and won’t let it close. Otherwise it’s been great and looks good.

All good except for wide pantry drawer

The water dispenser works well (unless you turn on sabbath mode, which is easy to do accidently). Having the pizza box sleeve next to the freezer door is very helpful. Poor early performance

After 100 days of use, went into "cooling off" mode - after resetting the fridge and cooling rusmed, the icemaker broke. The tray/form mechanism became dislodged from the icemaker, rendering the freezer door unclosable without removing the top tray.

Our last Kitchenaid lasted ten years.

So far, nothing we don't like. We opted for the ice-in-freezer & water inside model to gain more space in the refrigerator compartment. Also, this avoids the inherent tension between the freezing temp ice-in-door competing with the relatively warmer frig compartment. The freezer ice-maker is oddly onthe right side of the freezer but after using it, it makes sense - at least for right-handed people. Product is fine after one was delivered damaged

Two weeks waiting for it then the driver said they could not install the water. So another week to get a plumber there. And he had no need for the hose Lowes sales told us was needed. I expect much better service

Very Pleased!

It's been up and running for a week now and it's fantastic. Replaced our 22 yr old Kitchenaid. Design works well for us and the size is perfect for 2 people.

Oh Repairman, schedule me in

Love the Kitchenaide fridge except the ice maker. Gets over loaded with ice. When you slide the drawer open ice gets pushed out the back. Falls under drawer were you can't reach them. Like when it is full does not shut it's self off. Just keeps making ice. Now my husband has pulled the drawer open when overfull and the ice tray caught on all the ice and ripped the ice tray right off. Atill under warrenty. " Oh Repairman come see" already and 6 months old.

It is well organized.

I like the features the product has.
