We like the new placement of the Deli drawer but it is smaller then our first refrigerator. The ice maker works great and the drawer storage in the refrigerator and freezer section are good sized.

Love the ice machine and water dispenser

Okay somfar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a Kenmore Elite - so it’s a little smaller but so far so good. Ice maker makes a little more noise than the Kenmore - but a lot more ice. Noticed the drip on the inside water dispenser but I usually put down a folded napkin to catch any drips. Surprised that it didn’t have an air filter but that’s on me for not checking online.

Poor Freezer Door closure & inferior alarm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light in freezer constantly sticks due to icing and does not turn on. Also, freezer door does not easily close. You must apply extra force or push hard for closure. When freezer is not fully shut use to difficult door closing, the alarm is so quiet, you can not hear it. I very disappointed. Also,

Small but mighty

Refrigerator Is DEFECTIVE

Nice looking fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge when we remolded our kitchen a little over a month ago. It is smaller than we are used to but we wanted a counter depth. It is working great and looks very nice!! We love the deep door shelves, they can hold 2 gallons in each.

Beautiful with a lot of space

I love how the water dispenser is discreet and the drawer freezer seems to fit more than the side-by-side model we had previously. The finish is beautiful. Easy to clean and never any fingerprints.

Beautiful Refrigerator

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it several months ago and I'm very disappointed in Kitchen aid. The ice maker has been replaced twice in the first month and still doesn't turn off. I have not been able to get in touch with customer service. The drawers are made of what seems like a very cheap plastic. I expected them to be more substantial when sliding in and out.

Garage Fridge at best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the quality of my last Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Open the door and the whole refrigerator slides forward -needs brakes or adjustable legs to hold it in place. Freezer drawer is flimsy/cheap and when ice drops it sounds like thunder & can be heard rooms away, (like there is no insulation).

Inefficient interior design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control panel and box, combined with the water filter canister along the ceiling have a very real negative effect on the storage space available for the top shelves. Redesign needed to make the box skinnier and putting the water filter along the back or other far edge. Also, the plastic crisper drawers are loose on their guides. Our previous model very similar to this, also Kitchenaid, did not have this obvious sign of cheapness.

PERFECT FRIDGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator! It's a bit smaller inside than my old one, but this fits better in my kitchen. The temperature controls are excellent and easy to change if needed. The doors have great storage and again my old one skimped on this area. It's quiet and I love the internal ice maker. So pleased!
