Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the entire kitchen appliances from KitchenAid 4 months ago ,the Refrigerator looks cool but lack main features like water dispensing not on out side or doesn't have any water storage pitchers ,every time when need water you have to open the fridge and not only that the placement of water dispenser is so off it is very difficult to get water too. Also the Freezer capacity looks big but actually it holds very little otherwise with these...

Counter Depth Refrigerator/ Freezer
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. It has added a few inches to my kitchen floor space. It has excellent refrigerator and freezer space. Having the water dispenser on the interior is a good feature.

Not as good as first KitchenAid refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 weeks ago and needed to have service as it at times was making a fairly loud vibration noise. Service person couldn't really determine the cause, but he did open area in the back found nothing so closed things up. Since then, I haven't heard the vibration noise?? Also, the interior drawers are less substantial as my previous frig. I miss the narrow shelf in the freezer.

Good value
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it for several months now. It looks very high end, and I feel it was a good value. It does its job of keeping food cold, and looks good in my kitchen.

So far, so good!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 3 weeks ago after our 8 year old LG fridge stopped working. As others have said, it’s a bit noisier than our last fridge, but we’re used to it now and it’s not too loud. We decided on a Kitchen Aid after discussions with repair folks. How ridiculous is it that refrigerators are expected to last 8-10 years now?!! As a 50-something person, I’m grateful that I remember large appliances lasting 20+ years… I digress and I am hop...

Nice
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replace a 16 year old Kitchen Aid fridge. . Had specific dimensions to work with, luckily this model for the bill. Nice quality and very quiet. Roomy for the size.

Looks great but ice/water lacking
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 months ago. Fits our space beautifully. Our concern is with the water/ice. The ice is not keeping up with our family of 4. Like the ice bucket fills up with about 1" of ice each day. Also, the water dispenser is soooo slow. Took 4 1/2 minutes to fill up my 30 oz Stanley cup. I have a repair man coming next week as this can't be normal?

Kitchen Aid 20 cu. ft. White refrigerator
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the refrigerator a week. I am so glad we did not get ice maker on the top- it makes so much more room on the door for drinks and other items. The freezer is not very big in space but good for us. Counter depth was key - it doesn’t stick out much which looks nice- I do notice it is very loud

Quiet, efficient, with nice features.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this for about 10 days, but in that time I've come to appreciate how quiet and efficient it is, maintaining the low temperatures within without the motor running all the time. Offers plenty of shelves. Has automatic ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

Good Refridge
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good Refrig. The Refrigerator section is good, well designed, door shelfs could have a lower lip on a few. My only concern is the ice machine. It takes too much area in the freezer. For myself and my 3 family members, we never have used even close to the volume of ice stored. I'll suggest smaller storage tray, allowing for more food storage.

Perfect for a small family
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator and am so happy I made the decision to purchase this model. I like the water dispenser inside the frig - no more run lines down the front. The ice maker is quick. The shelves are perfect for the needs of my small family and the counter depth gives me more space in my kitchen. My veggies are staying fresh.

So far, so good …..
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks and runs well. I am disappointed that not physical manual or directions came with it. Not even a little start up flyer! My only other complaint is that the draws are loose and move around sideways as I open and close them.

Everything works as advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the unit about a month and working as advertised. Love counter depth refrigerators even though they are a hair smaller. Ice maker does have some slight overflow issues and 1 or 2 will fall out when you open the drawer but it isn't a big problem. Thought to fill a glass of water with one hand.

Plenty of room
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Kitchenaid refrigerator a month ago. It has less features than our previous one, but the ice maker works great, we are getting used to getting filtered water from inside the door, and it is quite roomy, so we are pleased with it.

Drawer Issues
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The middle cheese/lunchmeat drawer is wonky and opens crooked. It seems to be not well-constructed. I had a repairman come and he said this is not a thing he can remedy. I guess it’s just poor design?? Also, the freezer drawer is not 100% Stable when you open it. I pull from one side and it goes crooked when it opens but doesn’t do that when you pull it open from the other side. Seems also very poorly designed. Kitchenaid used to be of higher q...

Would like a quitter refrigerator.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess when the water is cycling in the refrigerator it is loud along the ic dropping is very loud.. I wish the shelves in the refrigerator were taller. It’s like a jig saw puzzles to figure how to get things in the refrigerator. I do like that the sides are not stainless steel.

Cheap flimsy drawers
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator but the drawers are cheaply constructed and move around a great deal when used.
