Cold but a few items need improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have reached out for support and was left disappointed. Was there an engineer involved in the design of this fridge? Was there a human involved who uses a refrigerator? The fridge and freezer are cold. Yay! The water dispenser is bassackwards. (It takes two hands to fill a glass with the dispenser.) And the ice maker throws ice al over (outside the bin). The ice is wrecking my wood floors.

Kitchenaid Refrigerator quality issues

Gorgeous design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seal around the refrigerator door is not good. As a result, moisture accumulates around the interior frame and water drips when the refrigerator door is opened. This has a negative impact on cooling food.

Run from this refrigerator

This refer was purchased to replace a 20 cu. ft. Kitchenaid that was nine years old. The old refer worked fine but wanted to replace because I wanted newer appliances for when I sell the home. This is a terrible replacement. The refer and freezer hold less than the previous model. The shelves are not as deep as the previous model. The water dispenser is too high up inside (higher than the previous model). The doors do not match - they are different sizes - and one swings open and the other...

Regret buying

Historically Kitchenaid has been a good brand, but they have gone down hill. I wish I never would have bought this fridge. The case or "box" of the fridge and the door do not line up. The doors are not even with each other. When you have the main part of the fridge level and plumb, the doors are crooked and cannot be aligned. 3 different repair techs couldn't do it. Loud, water dispenser issues

Very loud and makes loud strange noises. Have to keep replacing water filter monthly (should last 6 months). Water not dispensing properly. Would not buy this model again.

Not a fan

Bought this refrigerator 6 years ago and have had nothing but issues. Water filter freezes and the ice maker breaks frequently. Would highly recommend Lu recommend buying a different brand.

LOVE this fridge!

White refrigerator with silver handles looks great in our kitchen with white cabinets/SS Appliances. Very clean lines. Interior icemaker and storage laid out well We only wish the plastic bin drawers were more substantial. They are a bit flimsy Overall, very happy with this unit.

The water dispenser is kind of akward.

Great Fridge
