Too small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month ago and not completely satisfied. I have condensation between both door. The water distribution need 2 hands one for the cup and one to push. It would be nice to do it with only one hand. I general I like it.

It would have been so easy to make this perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re enjoying our new KitchenAid refrigerator and hope that it is as dependable as our last 3 KitchenAid refrigerators were. 3 things did disappoint us are having to manually push the button to dispense water, manually shut off the ice maker when the top freezer drawer is open, and how noisy it is. Otherwise, we are happy.

Maintain the recommended temperature is hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature in the refrigerator section seems to fluctuate by four degrees. I have had to readjust the temperature either lower r higher to maintain 37 degree. Sometimes after the doors shut for over eight hours, the temperature would go up to 41 or 42 degree and then at opposite to go below 33 degree when the doors kept shut for over eight hours so I have to adjust the temperature

Sure Not like our previous one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model for our new home and unfortunately are very disappointed. We had purchased the same model 13 years ago but it there is no comparison between the two. The components inside are very flimsy. The drawers inside are very sloppy when closing. The freezer drawer is a hard close rather than a smooth glide. All in all, it feels very cheap.

Cold water

Efficient shelves and space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this new refrigerator. It is actually bigger than my old. The ice maker is huge Sometimes they fall out on the floor. I like it much more than my other one. Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the French door refrigerator in March. The ice maker stopped working. Trying to get a service call it fix it is ridiculous. They want the owner to troubleshoot the problem. You can't get anyone on the phone. Why offer a 1 year warranty just to jump through hoops to get it repaired.

Great fridge for small kitchen

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new fridge, it holds a lot. Fits perfect in my newly remodeled kitchen. Everything in it is very visible and easy to access. I have always wanted a French door fridge, love how sometimes I only need to open one side. It really looks great and stylish. Love the see thru drawers with adjustable shelves as needed. I would totally recommend it.

DON’T DO IT!!!

I called myself doing the write thing and spending more money on a quality product by buying Kitchen Aid. HUNK OF JUNK! Lip stick on a pig if you will… less than 3 years since we purchased this almost $3k fridge from Lowe’s. Buy the cheapest one you can and save your money. You will be replacing it in 2-3 years anyways. Do not recommend KA. Not worth the extra. My nearly $3k oven/stove combo doesn’t cook food thoroughly and heats unevenly so KA is just bad across the board. Lesson learned. Hope ...

Excellent Frig
