Not what we expected

Considering this is suppose to be a premium appliance with a premium price…the actual product is no where close to premium. It’s basically a GE Profile for twice the price. Although everything is make out of plastic. The Smart features are a joke…although they have an app, you have to plug in a USB to add photos…which is basically the only feature it has. The matte black color is not black…its more of a charcoal grey. Very disappoint that I can’t return it.

Nice fridge but way too loud

Beautiful fridge and great features but really loud and NEVER stops humming. My couch and bedroom are right by the fridge and I have to unplug it to get it to stop humming. I will be returning this

GE Cafe refrigerator

Love the GE Cafe refrigerator. Rose gold handles, not so much. We cannot get the stainless handles as GE is out of stock.

Poor basket design for freezer

Bought this model to replace our 10yr old GE Profile (same exact specs) that is now rebranded as a Cafe model, with exact same counter-depth H/W/D dimensions. The interior drawers of the refrigerator are much smaller and narrower than our old same size one. The basket inside the lower freezer has perforated/louvered/vent sides for what purposes?? When we open the freezer out, ALL the freezing cold air escapes through both sides of the basket, thereby wasting all that freezing cold air that now...

Too loud for how expensive this refrigerator is

The unit is extremely loud. Makes constant buzzing noise that can be heard throughout the house.

Looks and Functionality

Lovely finish on front and sides, the size (counter depth) is perfect and interior lighting is great and looks modern and bright. After mixed reviews on so many refrigerator brands, I decided to go with looks and functionality. So far so good.

Terribly loud!!!

Very unhappy with this refrigerator. By far the most expensive and worst refrigeration I have ever bought. The unit is beautiful but it is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever owned. It makes a constant buzzing sound that echos off the walls and has guests asking “what is that noise” highly disappointment!

Great Features

The new Refrigerator/Freezer was just delivered, so I haven't had a chance to check everything out yet. However, its has great features and plenty of room for everything. I really like the feature of the water dispenser. My wife loves her tea and hot water at the push of a button. Who would of thought that would be available. My wife and I are very happy with this appliance!!!

Refrigerator shuts off and loud compressor motor

The quality is definitely sub-par. Right after we installed the refrigerator in our new property, the temperature setting on the door began to automatically change on it's own. The repair tech replaced the computer board. The compressor continuously ran, and it was very loud and cycles continuously. When it is running it sounds like an engine is starting up and cycles very loudly. The repair tech has made several visits and has not been able to diagnose the cause or correct it. Ehh - it’s okay.

Love the look. Hot water dispenser is useless - takes too long to heat up. Also, I’ve maker is small as we frequently run out of ice after very little use.

It broke several times

It has been repaired 5 times. And now if not working again. I wouldn't buy this again

Faulty Door Alarm / Water dispenser stops

Had this fridge for three years and the for the last month or so , the alarm goes off randomly throughout the day and even at night ( yo shut the door ). The water dispenser stops working until you open the fridge for a few times and slam the left side shut so it can work again . It is extremely inconvenient and don’t even know if the warranty can apply or any parts can be replaced at the time being .

Please help

Defective. Never used water dispenser and after a week the ice maker doesn’t work too.

Pretty but not impressed

There isn't as much useful space as I had hoped. The special pull down shelves are fairly useless and the mechanisms take up space.
