Beautiful! Love it

So far I love it! Just arrived this morning and looks great.

NIGHTMARE

This is a TERRIBLE product. It broke twice within 3 months of use where the ice maker and freezer stopped working followed by the main fridge. Service is very slow as well. My food has gone bad twice now, and they won’t let you return or replace with a functioning product. Never again!

Great fridge - lots of space!

I love this fridge. It's freezer has larger capacity than my old one; and it is SO QUIET! I cannot wait for the flat black handles to come in so it really matches my kitchen. Overall very pleased!

If I could give 0 stars I would

The freezer constantly produces snow and ice around the opening and seals. I will never buy another GE product ever again. The water dispenser slowly produces water. Almost a drip speed. The hot water maker never worked.

Do not recommend- repeated compressor failures

This is a warranty replacement for our first GE Cafe refrigerator. The compressor failed on the first fridge after only 17 months. The replacement compressor failed 13 months later. The third compressor failed after 1.5 months. Fortunately the warranty covered full refrigerator replacement, which I appreciate, but I’d much rather have a fridge that works flawlessly for years without needing constant repairs. This was a very expensive fridge with a very bad compressor

Completely Failed

We have owned this refrigerator for a little over 2 years. It has completely failed; our groceries are stored at our neighbors. We have tried to deal with GE to get it repaired, but they have found no one. It has been over a month with no refrigerator. Finally the dealer from which we bought tried to intervene. He could not get any assistance from GE. The dealer has ordered us a new refrigerator at no cost. GE service is a complete waste.

Refrigerator is good, but the hot water dispenser takes time to heat the water. Also, found it hard to connect to WiFi

We love the look of our Cafe Appliances in our newly remodeled kitchen. The manuals had clear instructions making set up very easy. We bought the range for the vintage look and we are finding out that the functionality is perfect.

Stunning Cafe Refrigerator

We are an all GE kitchen household. After 25 years, our GE Profile refrigerator died. Our new Cafe refrigerator looks stunning in our kitchen.I I love the alarm that signals when the door is ajar. I am glad we chose this counter depth appliance it fits perfectly in our kitchen.

We have a problem with the promise made to remove the old fridge, connect the new one, and take away the hold one. The technition sent to do the job was not familiar with how to remove a built in refrigerator so he neither removed it or connected the new one. all they did was deliver the new one and leave it in the middle of the kitchen floor. We were not happy about that. All he had to do was look on Youtube. There are several videos showing how to remove a built in Sub-Zero fridgerator/freez...
