Avoid GE appliances

We have had our cafe refrigerator for three years. The filters come on an auto ship for replacement. Our last set had two faulty filters which is about $100 in filters. When I called to say they were faulty GE told me they were out of warranty even though they send a 3 pack that is replaced every 6 months. When I said that is ridiculous they told me well you don’t have to buy 3 at a time. Horrible customer service and as soon as this refrigerator breaks we will be switching brands.

Great fridge. Useful tech. Runs quietly.

I really enjoy the hot water feature; no need for a tea kettle anymore. It could be slightly wider, as there’s a bit too much gap on either side. I prefer it to be wider and shallower. Overall, I like the design, and the interior layout is well done. Excellent filtration. Runs quietly.

Purchased this refrigerator 6 years ago - the inside light starting malfunctioning. Then the temp starting rising . Terrible customer service from the cafe company . A refrigerator like this should last a lot longer !

Great for 3-4 years

I loved this refrigerator when we first got it , but once the perks started breaking, it wasn't worth the price. The buttons have all broken off and we have had to replace the screen. Now it appears like where the drink dispenser was it corroded the refrigerator. Not worth the cost.

I was a bit surprised with the ice container that seemed a bit small compared to the one I had in another fridge. However, there is much more room available without a larger box. The chrome handles are much easier to keep clean and handle.

Waste Of Money, too short of lifespan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator is less than 3 years old and the cooling system is bad, not sensors, boards, fans or computers but an actual leak. We do not have a GE service tech in our area so basically no warranty coverage. They should not be allowed to sell appliances where they will not warranty them. If you find one of their affiliate contractor companies that are certified you must pay out of pocket and then have it approved by GE and then you might...

Counter depth fridge with me limited storage capac
