Beautiful look and features. I had the same model in SS for 11 years and changed all my appliances over to matte black with brushed gold handles.

Fridge of Dreams

So many people come in and are amazed by this great and handy fridge. It is well designed, love the fresh water and ice all the time. I can take everything out and clean it easily if necessary. It has a bigger freezer than expected. Only wish the ice cube storage capacity was larger.

Awesome Fridge

Could not be happier with this fridge. Great space and layout. love the features. Don't actually use the hot water dispenser a lot, but it really nice when you do use it. We recently moved to a new house. So, this is our second cafe fridge and we would buy a third! We plan to finish out the rest of the kitchen with cafe appliances.

Love the Smart Counter-Depth French-Door Refrigerator with Hot Water Dispenser. Love how it fits in the area leaving a greater walkway. A lot of room and storage! Freezer area is great, would like to see the drawer opening more, it’s a little tight. Love the lighting, can see in all corners! Great storage in the doors! Whole lot of room

I was surprised how much interior space there is compared to my old side by side. It seems that the arrangement of the shelfs was designed to fit the maximum amount of items. Love the auto fill and the hot water features.

Freezer needs an ice bin; hot water dispensing is very slow.

Lights already out in less than a year

I’ve owned this less than a year and some of the interior lights are burned out already. Ice does not come out well from the door dispenser

Good but need some improvements

The Good: Love the matt white and metallic handles. Shelves and drawer work as expected. The Improvements: Would like French doors to self close. the door open alarm seems to be a copout. Would like a hinge restrictor at 90 Degrees. Door currently hits counter top. Someone will dent it eventually. Side of unit should be matt white like the doors. Even with a refrigerator surround the first 2 inches of black show. Heater is a gimmick, microwave is faster.

Very Posh Looking!

Love the look of my Cafe refrigerator in black matte! No fingerprints left of the outside with ease of cleaning! When I open the doors the lighting is great, so much room for all of my groceries. Love the storage in the doors with the non-slip padding. The ice comes out readily and keeps up with my needs! The freezer compartment is spacious and handles my needs. Great Frig with 2 very minor issues

Although overall I love it, there are two things I'd like to point out -- that left door doesn't seem so heavy but if you don't give it a good closing push, the beep to announce that it's open is a little annoying! AND within a week the ice wasn't coming out but because the mechanism is so so so easy to reach/open, I just jiggled the ice and voila! It did happen again a few weeks later but it is so much easier to handle, less than a minute and it's totally fine.
