12 Cup Ready pour is amazing!!

I purchased the 12 Cup Ready pour water pitcher. Im very happy I went with this model as it doesn't take up much counter space. Not only can uou quickly pour a glass, but the nozzle allows you to top off water bottles/containers. After watching many YouTube videos and reading reviews, just go ahead and buy the Zero Water. You wont be disappointed!

Filtering is great, pitcher quality is poor

I feel confident in the pitcher's filtering abilities, but the pitcher itself is very poorly/cheaply made and the lid doesn't stay on when pouring (it pops off basically as soon as we pick the pitcher up off of the counter). For this reason, I'm not fully satisfied with this product.

12 cup ready pour the taste is no difference

AWESOME

Zerowater is AWESOME! I filtered nasty pool water from my swimming pool and ZW cleaned it up.... 00ppm! I am impressed, it takes my smelly water a from the tap and turns it into good water....

Better-tasting water

My water tastes *different*! In a great way. Cool, smooth, clean... kind of embarrassed I put up with the mineral flavor I'd gotten used to here. :/ Very happy with it!

Short duty life

Water tastes great, for a month. Afterwards the filter rapidly detiorates and the water tastes like charcoal and plastic

Love zero water. I have used it since it first hit the shelves. Clean taste and peace of mind my water is safe to drink. I drink a lot of water and this pitcher is the one to use

Fishy smell after one week of use!

I purchased the product with high hopes but was completely let down by the smell emitted from the unit after just one week of use. Walked into the kitchen to be overwhelmed by the stomach churning smell of old rotting fish. After I realized I had been drinking water from this thing I threw it out completely. How can you sell a product that has this issue. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Cheap design

The lid never fits properly and after like 3mo of use the button used to dispense the water fell off. The filter is really nice quality but the dispenser itself is a piece of junk.

I'll only buy this brand now!

Great purchase! It tastes so much better than the Pur water filter we used to have.

Great filter system

My tap water doesn’t taste great out of the faucet, but it tastes great after going through this filter system.

Pitcher redesign is great!

This is our second Zero Water pitcher. We are impressed with the design, which is different from that of the first one we had. It's easier to handle in a few different ways.

Poor lid design and water flow control

I purchased this six months ago to replace another pitcher (different brand). I have noticed no difference in taste quality between the two brands so that is a good thing. I do like that this filters water relatively quickly and that it has a large capacity. What I do not like is the lid, which just sits on top and does not lock in. Wish I would've read the reviews first!

Works well but only for a short amount of time. Even when the meter still read 0, the water started tasting bad.

Pour volume and frequency of filter change

I like the zero water pitcher. I am pleased that it does a better job of filtering out the Total Dissolved Solids and particularly the fluoride which is so terrible for us to drink all the time in our public water. However, I think the pitcher pours too fast and the volume of the pour is a bit much but ok . Also I have only had the pitcher for 3 weeks and suddenly the water tasted very lemony and acidic and did not taste good. I did get on your site and realize that that is the sign that the...

Disappointment

Loved this at first. Water came out a zero! BUT, each filter we have replaced works only for a few refills of water! Can not pay to have a new filter for every 2 pitches of water! Then one was NEVER good! This has been a disappointment despite talking to the company, we are done.
