TDS is a marketing gimmick

I feel duped by the TDS marketing. This filter makes my water taste flat and insipid, probably because most dissolved solids are healthy minerals that improve flavor of water. There’s an implication that 0 TDS is good water, but many many dangerous substances such as petrochemicals or pesticides don’t register on a TDS meter. Great Product

This is my 2nd Zero Water Pitcher. I have been using Zero Water for several years and I do not drink any other water. It provides superior taste and the comfort of knowing I have made my water as pure as humanly possible.

Leaky Spout, cheap parts.

Came with leaky spout. I suspect parts have gotten cheaper on these.

Disappointed

The pitcher is poorly made. The filters only last for 1-2 weeks, then they give off a foul metalic taste. I had high hopes for this product, but I’m very disappointed.

Purification Professionals

The filter is unmatched. I am overly satisfied with the level at which ZeroWater is able to purify any source of water. However, I do not care much for the 12-cup Ready Pour design. The push button spout at the bottom comes out extremely slow and is inconvenient while filling anything more than one glass. And the pour spout on top gushes out much too fast and I often spill the water. In general, it feels a little cheaply made compared to my old Brita container.

Great pitcher - but one small design flaw.

We rate the pitcher "almost perfect". The capacity and filtering time are excellent, and the spout at the base of the handle is genius, and we love it. Our only complaint is the spout. The spout is hard to control and requires a deft touch not to initially spill a large amount of water first.

excellent filter that removes all necessary impurities. also love the spigot that allows water to be drawn before pitcher is full. And, lastly, the TDS meter is brilliant!

Simple to use. Does a great job of filtering solids out of your home water. I wish I would have bought one sooner.

Good drinking water

Arrived on time. Drinking water is much better tasting than city water.

Don't buy

I bought this 3 weeks ago and the filter already needs changed. They are falsely advertising that the filters last 3 to 5 months but it's alot less.

Well Worth It

The pitcher makes great tasting water, way better quality than the filter in my refrigerator. Highly recommended

Great pitcher

Love this pitcher. I had a 12 cup pitcher for about 6 years. I used it constantly and finally the push button broke off. I ordered another one immediately. The Zero Water tastes just like the expensive bottled water. The handy included meter lets you know when it’s time to change the filter. Love it.

I like the little spout at the bottom because it lets me get water while the top of the unit is busy filtering.

Like the quality

We purchase this a month ago. The water from the tap started at 112 and over the month it bounces between 112 and 85. As of today the water we get post filter is still zero. We even found bottle water that registers some reading. Extremely satisfied.

Cheaply built

I purchased recently and very dissatisfied, cheaply built ,lid falls off when pouring out, water spigot doesn't work. Water is good though.

Very Disappointed!!! Would have rated it a "ZERO"

After our Brita water pitcher cracked, we decided to try the Zero Water pitcher bc of its' 5 level filtration system. The first thing we noticed is water always spills regardless of how slowly you pour. The main reason is we’ve only been using this pitcher for a month and the water has a terrible lemony taste and is undrinkable. I wanted to test the water to see if a new filter was needed, however, the water tester no longer works. Very disappointed with this product, and will be returning.

Too easy to spill your water and has a design flaw

I've had the same 10 cup Zero Water pitcher that I loved for a decade until I dropped it and shattered it, so I bought this 12 cup pitcher a week ago and I'm very disappointed in it because if you tilt it too little when it's full it spills and if you tilt it too much like I do when I fill my coffee maker, comes out too fast and spills all over my coffee maker and counter. I'm pretty sure I'm going to return it and check out the smaller version.
