Slow filtration

The filtration process is slow. It takes a little bit of time to fill the pitcher.

Very Impressed

I am very impressed with this pitcher. I wish I had known about this prior to the other pitchers I had bought, which I thought were good. I can taste a huge difference in this pitcher compare to all the others I have had over the years. My water reading prior to filtering was 428. After filtration it was 000. I really like this pitcher.

The Best Tasting Water To Hit Your Lips!

After seeing the TV ad over and over, I decided to purchase a Zero Water pitcher. The first time I took a sip of Zero Water, I was hooked! The water is so refreshing and doesn't stink of chlorine and fluoride. Simply put, Zero Water IS the BEST tasting water I have ever consumed. Now, I keep a pitcher at my desk and I am hydrating more, because it tastes so good!

Best Water in Town

Love this 12 cup zero water pitcher and filter. Zero Water ALWAYS taste pure and clean. The test meter alerts when to replace the filter. The pour spout allows children the liberty to access the filtered water without spilling. Most importantly, zero water is clean and safe for the entire family.

My best purchase all year !!!

I bought this to make sure I drink enough water every day. It's so much easier than buying big bulky cases of water bottles all the time. I love the spout on one side and the push button spigot on the other side. You fill the reservoir with water and it travels down the filter and fills the pitcher. It also comes with a testing meter. My water has never tasted better. I wish I would have bought it years ago. I love it.

Water for Medical Use

I use my Zero Water Pitcher to prepare water to use for medically required sinus rinses. Any other source has caused problems for me - for example my tap water is around 400 ppm.. I highly recommend this product for its simplicity to use and the purity of the result. It tastes good too.

Filters pretty quickly. Reliable pure water.

I am very happy with this purchase. Have had for about a month now and the water still filters to zero with the included filter. I’ll need to purchase more filters soon now because it passed my test of standards lol. I do not use the spigot on it since I read reviews about them becoming damaged or faulty easily so just pour my water for now. It filters quite a bit of water from this one pitcher but am now wanting two of these. It only takes some minutes to filter water to the bottom from the top...

Love This Pitcher

I've owned this pitcher for about 1 1/2 years and I love it! It is used daily, it's easy to clean and replace filters. Love that it has a water spout and a pouring spout, which works perfectly depending on my needs. My water tester still has the original battery! I highly recommend this product.

Best Filtered Water Pitcher Ever!!

I love this pitcher! It filters every drop of water that goes through the pitcher leaving great tasting water. No waiting! No mess! No fuss! The filters are easy to replace. I fill the pitcher twice a week so my family and can have an ongoing, filtered supply of great tasting water! Everyone should enjoy great tasting water!

Unbeatable taste and quality

Good for well water

I bought this to make my softened well water taste better. I use it for making coffee and cooking. I feel better knowing the impurities are filtered out. The filters are expensive, but worth it for healthy water

Much improved design

I had the previous style 10 cup pitcher. The new design is easier to fill and much faster to pour. Having the water quality tester inserted in the top of the cover is a very convenient. Good work taking something good and making it better.

Nice filter, bad pour spout

I love the size of the pitcher and the great filter. I HATE the pour spout. Why is it so hard to pour into a glass without spilling everywhere? I'd stand at the fridge to fill the glass but it takes to long to use the spigot when filling several glasses. The pour spout should be shaped differently, smaller, help!

Pretty good.

I like me the fact that the Zero Water filters out solids, and it is easy to measure the solids with the tool provided attached to the water pitcher. However, in terms of taste of water, our city's tap water is bad, so the taste is not as good as Spring water.

I would have given it 5 stars but the part of the lid that needs to be removed for refilling is very hard to get off! Other than that I love it.
