Good Product
Loved the space saving design ! If filled once daily, provides enough tasty, filtered water for two people to enjoy. The removable top tends to slip a bit outside of its grooves,. I would prefer a snap top design. The water spigot makes it easy to fill your glass without taking the pitcher out of the refrigerator.

Would RecommendStill in the first 30days of reviewing but so far I love the product. The water including tap I have been able to test (including that tester is great) has come out very clean. So far I'm happy with it, also customer service was very helpful when I had a mix up with the mailing address.

My wife saw Zero Water on line and mentioned it to me. I was not interested at that time because we had the other leading water filter pitcher and I thought it was doing just fine. The other brands did not filter out the chlorine taste or smell which was very disappointing. So I stayed with bottled water, which I hate because of all the plastic bottles going to the landfill. Would RecommendThe tap water in our community isn't fit to drink. For years, we have paid to have bottled drinking water delivered to our home. The cost of the Zero Water 12-Cup Ready Pour Pitcher was equivalent to a month's worth of water deliveries. Fantastic product, the water is better and now we're saving money after cancelling our deliveries.

More wasteful than Britta
Would Not RecommendThe cartridges are already large and heavy, then add 12 cups of water and it’s really heavy and puts a lot of strain on my wrist to lift it. Our water is around 150ppm and we changed the cartridge about once a month. I feel like with the size of the filter and how often it needs to be changed it’s very wasteful. It makes more sense to have water delivery or to go to the water store down the road. If you live somewhere and you can’t get water delivery then maybe this is a good option. If you live...

Pitchers and Filters are 100%
I've been using ZeroWater pitchers and filters for many many years now and have recommended it to my friends and family. I refuse to pay for water bottles when I have filters as these that remove 99.9% of bacteria's, chemicals etc. I've a 10 & 12 gallon pitchers and never leave home without my own water bottle of guaranteed filtered water.
