Terrible fishy taste

Had this pitcher for less than a month and all of the sudden it started having this awful rotten fishy taste/smell. Very disappointing because this filter wasn’t cheap and I have no idea how to fix it. Feel like I need to throw the whole thing away. I have also seen multiple other reviews with the same problem.

Big disappointment

I was really happy when I was shipped a new one as the first one leaked. So did the second one. They were supposed to send me a shipping label to send it back. Still nothing. I tossed it today.

Great Product. And awesome customer service.

I've used this product for 5 years. The flapper door over the pour spout broke of and I asked if I could purchase a replacement. Jordan in customer service was on the spot with a response, inside 12 hours. With a fix for the situation. The worst part of this will be the waiting for delivery. Pretty nice

It’s pretty easy to set up, the water tastes really clean, and the tester is easy to use. I only have two complaints 1. The tap doesn’t pour fast and the button requires more force than you’d think to keep open 2. The lid just kind of sits on the pitcher and doesn’t really snap in place and is not attached, so it does fall off every now and then while I am pouring water and I’m sure it will eventually break as a result. First I love the pitcher. The only problem I did have was the lip that flaps open, one of the prongs broke. The company and customer service is on point, I called to see if I can get a new top and they were kind enough to ship a whole new pitcher. Thank you for the replacement. Definitely worth the money spent on this item.

Great for hard water

I love it! I'm drinking more water. I have very hard, calcium heavy water and this helps a lot! I'm happy!

12 cup disappointment.

My 12 cup ready pour is a great disappointment. The water just leaks around the filter gasket area. I’ll have to tear it apart to try to determine if it is the filter or the ready for itself. Very disappointing.

Excellent water filter pitcher

Big pictcher, well-balanced in my hand. It fits well in the fridge I tested the water thi evening - ZeroWater pitcher was 0, and our local (Providence RI USA) tap waater is around 100. VERY satisfied.

Great pitcher. Terrible filter. I have filters and the one that came with the pitcher ., the blue line was very thin and water leaked like sieve at the top. Very disappointing. This is not typical of Zero Makes for a very expensive plastic pitcher.

Best water and customer service

The best water I've ever tasted. Not to mention my bottom spot was defective and you shipped me another one no question asked. Top reservoir is smart thinking.

Obsessed with the TDS reader and how easy the filter is to use. Water has never tasted crisper or cleaner. I can definitely taste the difference and I love that you can actual test the water and see the results for yourself.

Faucet doesn’t work, filter seal leaks

We ordered our first 12 cup ready pour pitcher and after one day, the Fossett stopped working. So we asked for a new one and they shipped us a new one for free however, with this one the faucet won’t work at all. It seems they have a design flaw with these pitchers. Disappointed!

Great pitcher if you don't like water

The tap at the bottom of the container was never water tight, we used the pitcher over the sink for a few days, waking up to an empty pitcher each morning. Now the tiny spring keeping the flimsy washer sort of sealed and allowing it to slowly drip is not even coming shut anymore so the water litterally flows out of there. Yes, you can believe the commercials.

I usually don't believe commercials, but to me, it was worth the money to try it for myself. It is truly AWESOME. (I have untreated well water.) My coffee tastes better, my food tastes better, and just a cold glass of water is once again refreshing. Best buy I made in years.
