The 12 cup pitcher.

The 12 cup pitcher does not tighten the filter enough to prevent the unfiltered water from entering the pitcher bottom. I have replaced the filter twice, but it still leaks.

It's just okay.

It appears to work, but here are my challenges in order of least to most important: (1) Design - the pitcher is not aesthetically pleasing AND you have to fully remove the top in order to fill the reservoir. I prefer the flip technology that other pitchers have. Also, the filter does not screw easily into its housing. It is very difficult to get right. (2) Filtration - I have to filter the water 2-3 times to reach zero contaminants. (3) Plastic. I'd really like to see a refillable filter at the ...

Filters well

Great item ..but needs larger capacity especially if there is a lsrger family

Too tall but otherwise perfect.

The pitcher is too tall for my fridge but I keep it on the counter. It’s easy to fill and I use the top spout to fill the tea kettle. When I need to fill a pot, I use the bottom spout. Easy peasy.

Great Water

I love the zero water pitchers and filters but getting wrong item and no emails as to when shipped or delivery date was frustrating.

The BEST choice in a ZeroWater Pitcher

I have found the 12 Cup Ready-Pour Water Pitcher to work the best for me. I will fill it, filter the water, then fill a different pitcher with that water. I will again fill the 12 Cup pitcher, so we always have cold, pure, water available.

Trade to replace my zero was broken

We are happy to got new zero water and nice of my feeling comfortable that got it

Incredible Filtration

I freaking love this thing. Water filters are not created equal and Zero Water stands in a category of their own. The quality of filtration is far superior to other filters I’ve owned, and as a result the water tastes closer to R/O purified water than most.

Good Quality

The pitcher and filter are both of a good quality. Water tastes good. I really like that a little tester comes with the pitcher so you really know when to change out the filter. This helps reduce waste. Also the pitcher is thick/sturdy. I recently knocked it off the counter with water in it...no cracks or dings.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

The 12 cup water pitcher has a large rounded handle which is great for holding and getting a good grip on the pitcher so that when it is full it's still easy to pour. I have trouble holding small handles like a milk jug and having a more fuller rounded handle made it so much easier on my hands and wrist. Spigot Broke In A Week

The water tastes amazing but the pitcher fell apart in the first week. All of the insides of the spigot fell down the drain and I can't find anywhere to buy replacements. That's super disappointing because we spent so much money on it and we even bought a pack of six replacement filters. Now we're stuck to just only using it only when we have the time to wait for it to filter.

Worst filter I ever had.

The filter stopped working after only TWO weeks but the worst part that once filter stops working the taste of the water becomes sour/acidic. Today I cooked all of my meals in this water and only after that did I realize that the water was sour. When I was buying this filter I had no idea that I would need to check a water every time before using it. I am throwing away this filter and will go back to using my Brita and Berkey.

Good water filter

Overall a great filter. Although it's a bit heavy and difficult to pour without some spillage. I was also unaware that highly filtered water is incompatible with the electronics of some coffee makers like mine.

ZERO Water ROCKS!!!!!!!

I have well water, not filtered. Didn't like the taste, been buying bottled water. Did research & zero water was #1. BEST purchase by far!!!!! Reading on meter was 274, after running through zero water.....2 & the taste is awesome!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this filter like 3-4 years ago. The only water I drink and use when in the house. I don’t even buy water unless I’m out and need water. I don’t even do reviews but this thang right here is on point.

The 12 cup ready pour pitcher is perfect

I like to keep 2 pitchers on my fridge. We use them so much and by having 2 it cuts down on them sitting so long in the refrigerator that they don’t collect the smells from everything else in there. I just love this and don’t use any more bottles of water. It works so well and taste so much better than the bottled water. I can also test it and my tap water to see the TDS levels. I get 297 from my tap, 139 from the filter in my fridge and 01- 06 (when it’s time to change it)

Water tastes so much better and fresher! Also, the push button spigot is such a useful feature!

I’m very happy with this product. Easy to set up water tastes great not to big my favorite one is the 12 cup with the pour spout and the quick fill spigot. I recommend this product.
