Large Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I got this washer about a month ago ago and so far so good. No complaint, has a larger tub than my last washer and so I don’t have to do as many loads which is nice!

Useless

Can't use fabric softener ben. Machine won't dispense from hopper. 2 warranty checks but not resolved.

Overly complex and inadequate documentation

This washer works well when it works, but good luck if you think it may not be working properly. The "owner's manual" tells you only things that are patently obvious, and you are left to figure out the operation by trial and error. All it tells you about its complex detergent/bleach/water softener system is where to pour things. Looking for more information on the website gets you mainly sales information. Once upon a time (not for this washer or this company) one could access a service manu...

Wouldn't recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this washer as a replacement for our broken washer. I think it vibrates quite a bit. And I also don't understand why the timer will go from 0:12 to end of cycle? I'm not impressed and wouldn't recommend it.

Descent Washer for the Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the washer for about two weeks, and so far, it has been great! My clothes seem to come out cleaner than my old washer. The drum is smaller than my last washer but is surprisingly roomy and can wash my large area rug (9ftx12ft) pretty effectively.

Horrible set

This hands down has been the worst set we have ever purchased. Repair has been here 3 times and it’s a year and half old. The drain clean out is in a terrible spot. Hard to get to. Today the dryer stopped heating. Again washer dryer set is a year and half old. Also I have never written a review on anything. I felt like this was a must. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am getting use to using my new washer and dryer. Some of the settings are different from my old machine. It spins the towels a lot better and does not take long to dry them. I think I will be very satisfied with it.

Best Washer and Dryer set ever!

Don't buy this one unless you like laundromats

Regrettably, I bought this washer a year ago. It continuously has error codes for filling/draining errors despite a clear filter (which is very difficult to access) and hose. Most of the time, unplugging the machine will reset the codes, but not always. Sometimes I have to remove the top to access the door release latch, only to find that the clothes are completely dry and still dirty. No water whatsoever has entered the machine. My plumbing is fine (that cost a bit of money to check). Getting...
