Whirlpool washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased a couple weeks ago and so far am happy with it. I have one thing that I do not like about it and that is the fact there is no pause to add items to the wash. There is only a very short period when you first start the wash that you can add items to the wash. And you cannot stop the wash cycle to add an item because it will drain the water. Other than that, it is fine. It washes clothes well and spins very well.

Washes well

Filter location

I Like the washer so far! My only problem is , how do i find the filter to clean? I have a kitchen full of Whirlpool appliances, and am happy with all. Just need to find where the filter is to clean.

Great front load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new washer and did not want a front load due to bad reviews I had seen. This one was in store and ready for pick up that day, so I bought it, and so glad I did. This front load washer is so quiet, and efficient. I feel that it gets my clothes cleaner than the old top load washer.

Ooff

Whirlpool removed the front access panels to simply clear a drain filter. This is frequent maintenance when things get clogged and water isn’t draining properly. Now the entire unit including the door must be disassembled just to clear a filter. Bad design.

So easy to customize

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always liked whirlpool appliances.. this set replaced my smaller duet sport set. Now that I figured out how to customize the washer and dryer settings to my needs, I really love it. My only negative is the end of cycle signal! You can’t hear it, it’s so low, I can’t hear it even when I stand next to it. I wish it was as loud as on my old set! If anyone can figure out how to turn it up, please let me know.

Owned less than 4 months

Unit has error. 3 x in the last 4 months...reset per instructions and it says needs service... Possible control board Last washer lasted 16 years

Very loud

We bought this to replace a Samsung and are disappointed in it very much. It is very loud and not very user friendly. We wish we would have bought a different brand. Do not buy this brand.
