[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was purchased by the builder. It has a lot of options for cleaning, but it mostly feels superfluous. I feel like stains are not being removed as well as my last washer, and the clothes, especially towels and sheets, are very stiff despite using HE detergent. I've had to do an extra rinse cycle for every load, which I think defeats the purpose of an HE machine.

Quality Washer with many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large capacity washer and has numerous settings which can accommodate each and every individual load. It meets all expectations and is quality appliance at a reasonable price.

Really disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am becoming increasingly disappointed and unhappy with it. Even at being Level it bounces and shakes, a lot. It makes a loud squeaking noise during some cycles. I had a Whirlpool front loader for 20 yrs before this one and never had an issue with, other than it got old wand worn out.

Don’t do it!!

Have had less than a year. And hate it. Wish I could get my money back. The fact that I can’t get to the filter to clean it is a bad design! I have tried everything to keep it clean with the afresh. But it still smells. Don’t get this washer.

Problem already

stupid design fail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the machine is fine, but who is the moron engineer that put a cover over the clean out of the washer at the bottom. Or have the decency to put a cutout so consumer can clean it out when something is stuck or the machine need cleaning. Like what was going on inside that brain thinking oh everything something happen make them take apart and disconnect the water line to clean out. Who is so stupid to do this.

Great washing machine!

My best machine ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truthfully the best washer I have ever had... washes quietly and efficiently and the clothes come out far cleaner than in my prior machines, not to mention the fast spin cycle, leaving everything dryer than ever before before the dryer, needless to say vastly shortening the drying time and energy needed... VERY IMPRESSED WOULD DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN!

True Quality

As a retired employee from Maytag we were happy to see the quality of the new model is as good as our old. We enjoy the added features of the new model and look forward to as long a life as our 16 year old model gave us.

Help needed

No drain filter accessible by consumer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing machine works beautifully with one significant caveat. There is no drain filter on my model, and subsequently the pump has burned out within three months of regular use. There is no way of properly maintaining the machine, and no means available to the consumer of preventing this issue from repeating.

Pleased So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased this Whirlpool washing machine from Good Deals about two weeks ago. So far, we are very pleased with the machine's quiet operation, washing performance, and sleek look. We were in a pinch when our previous washing machine broke and had to replace it quickly without having much time to do research. We are concerned about what we are reading in other reviews about having to remove the back, top and then front to access the drain...

Long washing cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Complicated to press start, I had a LG washer before, it’s press two buttons to starts washing. It’s more easily to use. And this Whirlpool took too long to wash once, like 1:04-1:30 hours to complete a washing cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice washer. It is louder than the whirlpool duet pervious wash machine. It does spin and drain water better than the last one. Had to get a new plastics front for the door. Came scratched and looked bad. Loud spin cycle.
