Great front loader washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this front loader washer and dryer when we moved into our house to replace an older style appliance. This was a great choice as their touch sensors and multiple modes makes laundry an easier chore. The fact that it can hold quite the large capacity and being a quiet washing machine is a big plus for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The controls to start the machine are harder to use as you have to apply pressure to get the machine working. You shouldn't make this any more difficult than necessary. Once you hit the button, it should just start.

Amazing upgrade

Its Not Bad But I was expecting Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is good but it doesn't give enough water to wash the clothes we put in there whether its a large or small load. We have to manually add the amount of water for the load that we put inside or they won't be washed it will still be dry and dirty when the cycle is done. It will add a certain amount of water then wash for several minutes then add more water wasting time for the clothes to actually have enough water to wash instead of addi...

Control board failed in less than a year

The previous one had repeated problems with the control board failing and needing to be replaced. It happened three times in less than 4 years since purchased brand new. The last time, replacing the control board didn’t fix the problem, and all there was left to do was replace the machine, at not even 4 years old. Little disappointed

Bought washer a year ago I see it doesn’t get enough water.sometimes I have to wash clothes twice.And no I don’t overload washer.but that’s my opinion.not to happy about it

Pleased with the results

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my second whirlpool washer. The first one lasted 15 years so I didn’t even look at another brand. So far the machine is working well. Easy to use and lots of room in the tub. Very pleased so far.

Well made

Of course with that interval for improvements, the new one is quieter, has a larger capacity, and has more cycle options. I would have liked a louder end-of-cycle sound. Setting an alarm on my phone for the washer seems excessive to me.
