I’m noticing how much cleaner my clothes look and feel as compared to our old top loader and even stains that used to be stubborn being tackled so quickly! We’re really happy with our purchase!

Vibrates the whole house

Machine vibrates so bad and dances all over the floor on spin cycle. I have to reposition it after every use. It is so loud and disturbing, Sounds like an aircraft taking off. Bad design and engineering. I've leveled and checked for installation compliance many times, but no resolution. Lots of complaints from others about the same issue. Whirlpool should fix this issue as a matter of good faith for a poorly built product. We purchased all whirlpool appliances for our new home and now are sorry ...

Malfunctioning machine

Unable to get assistance at first. came and reset machine, still not spinning clothes dry enough. Then replaced machine worked better.
