Whirlpool nice and quiet!

It is much quieter than my last one and I do hope it lasts me as long. I did get 15 years out of my LG washer. I did select Whirlpool this time around do to the ratings. Nice Washer abd Dryer Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the washer and dryer set. So far after 10 uses they seem to be as advertised. Simple and efficient and I am happy with them and the pedestals. The tub drying feature plus American manufacturing sold me. The price was reasonable and added a 5 year warranty. Registered online with immediate confirmation.

I am not knowing what the washer does

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it’s working pretty well however there was no instruction manual included, and I can’t find anything online. I don’t know what all the features actually do. Also, there is some thumping noise between functions. When the drum is being filled with water there is a thump and when stops filling there is a thump.

Old washer acting up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our whirlpool was acting up, the control panel or door was the problem and rather that getting it fixed$$ or trying to DIY it$$ we went ahead and replaced it with similar cheaper model, does the job and hope it lasts as long as this one did.

But the controls are somewhat confusing to me and there were no specific instructions with the machine or on the website. Also missing with the controls is a simple rinse only cycle. That said, I'm glad I purchased this machine.

Do not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer works well and is quiet. However the instructions are not clear and sometimes it is very difficult to start a load of laundry. The instruction booklet is no help. Advise - do not buy this washer with many added features. Instred buy a simple maching with few bells and whistles.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago to replace an older model. I love the features, especially the drum vent so that I don’t have to crack the door. Also love the sleek design and even though is a bit smaller than my older model, it easily washes my king size comforter. So far am very happy with my purchase!

New Purchase

What I like so far. It's pretty easy to use. The wireless feature is very nice. My washer is in the basement and having my phone alert me that it's done is handy. Another great whirlpool appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Whirlpool washer finally stopped working after 20 years of hard work and not 1 issue. I decided to stick with whirlpool. This one is quieter and works great. I took off 1 star because this new whirlpool has a new feature that has a drum dryer option that I wanted but it has to run for 4 hours. That’s a long time so I’ll use it sparingly.

Problems with balancing.

Had to have the first one replaced and had to have a service call on the second one because of balancing issues with the washer and pedestal. We are still having balancing issues. We have had Whirlpool washer and dryer in the past but would probably not buy another.

Not what I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front loader. always had a top loader. It washes very good but the spin cycle does not dry anywhere as well as my top loader. Also the settings are over complicated, not user friendly. Wash times are very long to that of my previous washer. I rate this machine exceptable but somewhat disapointing.

Not good with dog hair

I bought this and the dryer a few days ago and while I was happy at first I became disappointed when I seen all the left over dog hair in the washer and the dryer. It does not take dog hair off your clothes and it requires you to clean your washer and dryer after each use if you don’t want a clump of dog hair after each wash. It will just build up. Wish I would have went with a different set.
