Terrible

Would give it zero stars save your money when it was delivered it had a ding so this thing must of been used. Probably a week into washed I’ve had to put on drain and spin every time after a load because it leaves my clothes soaked but now that doesn’t even work. Clothes are so wet had to throw away so much stuff. Inconvenient malfunctioning pricey washer how I wish I would have kept my old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every thing is working as it should except the WiFi. I can’t get the WiFi to work. I have tried at least 15 times but no luck. I was thinking of unplugging it and wait some and then plugging it back up to reset it but I’m afraid this might mess something else up. Really frustrating.

I like the WiFi connection and the notification when a load is complete. The important thing is that it works great!

LOVING MY WHIRLPOOL WASHER & DRYER

Water on floor after drum clean cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple of weeks ago. So far everything is working fine. My biggest complaint is NO instructions covering the settings of the digital controls, took forever to eventually get the data online to print... that was a PAIN!!!

Nice washer

I miss my old washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this washer and it had a dent. I felt like it was used I reached out but ultimately kept it. Well washer does NOT drain. Since I got it I always have to do a drain a spin cycle every time after I wash!!!! Ridiculous since they were so expensive

Bad programming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model washer and it has a Engineering defect or fault in the programing on that it injects the bleach in the rinse cycle instead of the wash cycle, a tech has already come out to look at it and couldn't do anything to remedy it so now I have to fight with whirlpool to get engineering to look at the software program on their side to see what and how it can be remedied and it is next to impossible to be able to speak to anybody i...

Front Load Washer: Great product and value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had older front load model for 15+ years and upgraded, the display is easy to read and functional, interesting there is a power button now, and the hold a few seconds for selection. Wish door had a handle rather than hidden area to pull open, but I will get used to that. Doing a great job on washing and precise resoures.

Your floor must absolutely be level, or a subfloor placed underneath to level the washer, once leveled both the washer and dryer are very quiet.
