Can't beat Whirlpool products, but the installers left the hot water tap leaking and Lowe's agent said he would set up an appointment to fix it so after waiting three days without being able to use my new washer, I find that the agent, while giving me a case number for the appointment to get it fixed, didn't even make the appointment and I had to call my own handy man to come fix it and pay him for work that Lowe's delivery should have done right in the first place, and the agent should have mad...

Our old Duet washer will be hard to match

Completely Disappointed

The motherboard keeps going out and has needed to be replaced. I have never had such a bad experience with a product. Whirlpool warranty will not reimburse for my cost to go to the laundromat so that I can clean my clothing. This whole experience has been utterly ridiculous!!! After owning a Whirlpool Duet front load washer for many years, I decided to replace it with this Whirlpool model after the machine had run its course. Washing Machine That Doesn't Wash

Bought back in January. This machine just tosses around damp clothes that come out just as dirty and smelly as they went in. On more absorbent clothes you can still see dry spots. Sometimes with things like towels that absorb all the water I will get a no water detected message.
