Great washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer for a couple months now. Clothes come out very clean and smelling fresh. The capacity is great. My only complaint is the washer sometimes moves during the spin cycle. And I’m not talking a little bit. It moves a lot. We have to move it back into place.

My New Whirlpool Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the larger capacity. There is kind of a learning curve and a slight delay to get used to. The washing cycles are VERY LONG!!! I doubt they need to be so long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago. It is a wonderful machine but I have two hold backs. One is it is not very quiet, some parts of it are but not all. Second and even more important is I don’t think the spin cycle gets my clothes very “spun out”. I think there is still a little too much water in them. All other things are good.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the whirlpool washer about a month ago, it was delivered on 2/26/2026 but I wasn't able to use it until a week later when my gas dryer was going to be hooked up. I've been using it for about a week now and I've tried a few of the options and I really like all the choices. This is the first time purchasing a front loading washer and I wasn't sure if I would like it or not, but now I think it's great. Very easy to load and unload!

Cheapened from my old machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointing it does not have automatic detergent dispenser, need to hold to start and the spin cycle vibrates more than my old Whirlpool machine. The new machine connects to WiFi and that is a useless feature for a washing machine.

Front loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't care for the procedure to turn on the machine. It's too time consuming compared to the older model..Samsung Diet. So far, that's all I found disagreeable. I had to figure out the countdown of the reset which was a pain! Miss my old machine! Live the front loading option.

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed our front loader I feel that our clothes are cleaner I like the dry feature to keep the mildew smell away. I like the steam feature to get wrinkles out everything on this machine is top-notch even the colors and Theme. I've been able to Get a more effective wash in a quicker amount of time .

Very helpful washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a little over a month now and the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Pros: quiet, washes quickly and thoroughly, doesn't damage clothes, and I love the mobile app notification alerts when a cycle is complete. Cons: the time remaining on the timer always seems to be longer than what it actually is (finishes sooner) and the high spin rate moves my appliance on my floor unless the pedestal has a lot of weight in it.

Super new washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washing machine. I bought the matching dryer as well as a stacking set. It takes a while to remember to turn it on first, but then it’s good. Nice features and easy to use. Big loads are welcomed!

Not really happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sure wish a person could see how these washers operate before purchasing them. There's a 10 second delay everytime you want to start this washer. wish I could just hit a start button and it would start.

terrible quality

Bought this product less than two weeks ago. Stopped working. Door Lock won't unlock, reset options does not fix it. Fault could be a faulty lock assembly (eliminated because reset didn't fix it), a faulty motor, a control board failure, faulty drain pump. Whatever the reason, and I am sure it may be multiple failures. This quality of this 2 week old machine is absolute garbage. I suspect the same parts are used for all Whirlpool washing machines. Avoid
