Great washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine to replace a new competitors machine that was so noisey it was causing my wife problems. She is a dementia sufferer. This machine is quiet and does a great job getting our clothes clean QUIETLY!! If I had one gripe/complaint, it would be this model is not door reversable. I'm still learning all the different features it offers. Its a very good machine!

Excellent Washer !!!

We do wish it had better instructions on how to start, set different options, and how to stop or cancel cycles (on paper) without having to go to website to try and find out. Overall, we really like it.

Works Well

Had it for about 5 days and works well so far. Quiet and efficient. It’s our third front load washers, and the changes to control mold build up are appreciated!

Good but look inside the dispenser for mold

Love the features!

It still takes a long time to do a normal load (53-57 minutes), but I like the quick wash feature which is done in 23 minutes. I'm skeptical of the digital panel, as those tend to go out faster. It also will alert you to clean it every 30 loads, which seems a little much to me. You can ignore that and keep washing. I really like all the wash options (even handwash). Not happy

We only went with Whirlpool to match closely with the existing dryer. Not all that happy with the washer. The spin cycle is EXTREMELY loud. Washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought washer about 3 weeks ago. We leveled it up and when the spin cycle kicks in it shakes the whole laundry room and rooms around. It was installed on a pedestal from previous machine, so not sure if that’s the issue. I am afraid to use the machine.

Manual lacking info

We’ve purchased the 5720 model and clearly a deficit feature is the lack of details in the manual that came with it. E.g. how does one pause it to add garments? Once the cycle has begun?! Otherwise it is working well
