All robot vacuums are garbage.

I have had this thing for probably a year and I can tell you, it's annoying as possible. Which feature works to specification? I have not been pleased with any robotic vacuum. There's too much more greed for anything to be nice these days. Profits matter more than anything. Cut quality, cut labor, cut anything just to make a quick buck.

Terrible vacuum.

Terrible suction. Constantly having to remap the house because it will forget or “can’t find current location”.

The best product I’ve ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always happy with Samsung products. This one made my life easy. I have cream tiles in ground floor and it is always hard to keep it clean. But Jet bot did the job.

Bad bad

I wasted my money on this vacuum cleaner. It is hard to set up and it doesn't do the job. Constantly goes off and drives whole family crazy. Goes backwards and stuck in some corners for no reason. I don't recommend this thing to anyone.

Highly Recommend You Keep Looking

This is the WORST robot vacuum I’ve ever owned and the most expensive. No control. Poor space recognition. Poor battery. Poor tech support. Very disappointing.

Disappointing in every way

Complete piece of crap. I hate this thing. I wish I would have never purchased. 1) It ignores "no-go" zones entirely. We routinely catch it stuck in places it shouldn't be in the first place. 2) It gets stuck regularly and dies. We often find it dead, mid-routine because it lost track of where it was. 3) Gets lost ALL the time. We're talking every few days. It somehow loses track of where it is mid-cleaning and has to be manually carried back to the charging station to reset. It doesn't even kn...

Family Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we absolutely love this vacuum, it’s amazing how well it can navigate and adjust to its surroundings. It’s saved our family so much time, and it’s extremely rewarding to wake up to a clean floor every morning! Definitely would by again.

Time saver

Not so smart

I pur jsed this in May and it's now the end of July. I didn't use.it until mod June because we saved it for the new home we closed on. At first, I loved the JetBot+, but now, I feel like the thing is just an idiot. The AI seems to get stupid real quick. Before it was very good about detecting walls, edges and furniture... now the unit gets stuck practically daily, it does things like spin around in a circle for 20 minutes, pushes over box fans..... Jet Bot vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have used four times. One charge should last at least an hour. Toward end of cleaning vacuum goes to charging station for charge. Then starts when charged. One negative feature is it could start in middle of night.

Not the same Samsung quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It kind of works sometimes. Sometimes stops cleaning and goes back to charger without finishing and with over 50% battery. Occasionally gets lost on the way back to charger and has to be carried.

Love it

Works not recommend

Not impressed. The app gives the option for the vacuum to go back and empty mid-cycle and keep vacuuming but I have never been able to get mine to do it and it is jam-packed full after it completes the whole floor. Sometimes it doesn’t even empty the bin once it gets back to the station. It also doesn’t get around the edges of our cupboards or rugs well at all… our 7-year-old Mi robot does a better job 😩

Ineffective

Ineffective, Overpriced. This vacuum is really expensive and can't handle simple pet hair on hardwood floors. it just pushes it around in piles and leaves it all over my home. The filter sensor gets tripped and requires cleaning on a weekly basis. This vacuum is way more hassle than the convenience it's suppose to deliver. I previously had a 10 year old Roomba, and that ancient Roomba worked 100X better than this brand new Power Bot

I really like my JET BOT!
