Excellent for Pet Home

I've had this product for over a year now, and I would not want to be without it. I have two short haired dogs as well as cats and run the Jet Bot daily on tile and LVP flooring. I have no problem with it leaving hair or dust remnants on the floor and although I sometimes need to clean up interior corners, it's a small thing compared to vacuuming everything manually. Waste of money

This is the worst excuse for a vacuum. I have a very short pile carpet and it virtually won’t pick up anything off of it. Even on the area that has indoor/outdoor carpet it passes over stuff that is on the floor and leaves it behind. It might be a good option if you have vinyl or hardwood flooring, but if you have carpet of any kind keep looking and don’t waste your money on this junk.

Quality Product

After using a few months I'm very happy with the product. The only complaint I have is it lost the Smart Things Wi-Fi connection and I had reset the connection as if it was a new product. This is a terrible vacuum. When the engineers designed this with the cliff sensors, I guess they assumed everybody in America lives in at least a two-story house. You would think they would include a way to turn off the cliff sensors if you live in a one story house. This is the worst robot vacuum I have bought so far. It worked good till an year and right after 1 year it failed to charge anymore. When I contacted Samsung support they said they will charge the amount same as I paid for the vacuum. Very disappointed by the product and the support.
