Great little vacuum
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been few months since I bought this. The vacuum has great set of features for the price range. No go zones, controlling via smartthings is awesome. I scheduled the robot to automatically start cleaning when everyone leaves the house. I wish there are more fine tuned controls available during regular nightly schedule. For eg, there's no option to select rooms when you set schedule.

It detects obstacles very well and does not fall over the stairs which is really good. Few things I would say Samsung can improve: 1. The return to home station is great when it is on hardwood. When it is on the carpet, it struggles a little bit to get over the bump and stabilize. 2. When it is first run, it scans and creates a map of the floor and it is great...

Dubts shattered by a brilliant performer.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This our first robot and we had doubts about its capability of picking up after our medium shedding dog. We were wrong. It performs amazing and is in use almost daily. We named it Thor and it deserves the name. Because of good performance and price, we bought a second unit for upstairs. Because of the tricky layout and still doing a good job we call it Loki.

I work from home, have allergic child and very furry puppy. Needless to say - I need a clean house! Horrible on low pile area rugs.

It barely picks anything up on our area rugs such as dog hair or smaller debris likely due to the fluffy roller brush which seems to work better on our wood floors. Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Jet Bot a few months ago. I previous own one other brand. The Jet Bot is excellent with the mapping. Able to name the room and draw the border. Also, let you select which room to clean. It is smart to charge the unit when battery is running low and remuse the cleaning. I would suggest to get the jetbot with cleaning station or even the AI.

What a time saver!

I would have paid full price for the satisfaction I get when I press "play" on the machine, or start on the app and she says "Starting to clean". It's easy to program, but with so many pets, I won't take a chance of letting it run over an accident, so I just hit start every day or so after I check for wet spots.
