Bumpy start but runs fine now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had multiple instances at beginning of using the Vacuum where it would always give false notification that something was stuck in brush and it wouldn't move at all even though nothing was there to remove/clean. The battery dies after staying in same place for sometime and the vacuum needs to be put back to charging manually. Since my vacuum runs when I'm away from home, I couldn't do much and wait to return home and search for it to put back ...

Expensive mistake

Vacuum lost suction after one year leaving huge clumps of dog for all over the house .After 18 months front directioal wheel broken will only go in circles

Vacuum is less than two years old. Started Losing suction after a year of use. Now, front directional wheel broken, and it just runs in circles.

Excellent quality

Samsung makes excellent quality products which I totally enjoy as well as have informed my family and friends to purchase Samsung products. The Jet Bot is very easy to use and program. I programmed my Jet Bot to clean daily at 6am, it’s very quiet and powerful. I wake up to a clean house daily and love 💕 it!

Great for houses with dogs

Mapping is great.

Best Robo Vaccuum on the Market

Thus far I am extremely pleased with the product. Key features that I really like is that it has a normal vacuum roll brush instead of the turnstile bristles that a rumba has. Great suction power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 weeks ago. It really does a great job. We had a no brand and it just didnt do a good job. My jet-bot has great suction. We no longer have to go behind and sweep what was left behind. It picks everything up.

Good but AI not so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Jet bot for about 3 months now it does a good job at cleaning the floor of small items. The Bot with every clean cycle it tells me my desk and bed are obstacles even after I set the areas around both as excluded zones. Very frustrating. The Bot voice system is nice with clear and loud alerts wish I could change the voice tho lol.

Buy Roborock

The software has gotten worse. I've been using it for a little over a year. It worked fine for the first few months, but I now have to do manual vacuum work and stopped using it. It comes to the dock almost immediately without cleaning the whole area. I picked up any obstacles every time before I started the vacuum. High quality cleaning!

I have had the Jet Bot for three weeks now and I am very happy with the way it functions around my “complicated” house setting. I have seven in door cats and we needed a system where the cat hair could be controlled. The Jet Bot has really helped with this situation, I have set up a schedule on the app and it does it thing when we are not home. I love the camera as I can watch it’s progress from work. Don't buy if you have pets!

We used this robot for a couple months with success. Unfortunately my dog was sick one day and peed which the robot sucked up and bricked itself. Samsung made me pay for shipping and packing materials only to inform me that it's now a paperweight with no recourse. If you do have pets, please ensure that you are home and monitoring the vacuum when it runs.
