Smart Robot

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This vacuum is great at first, but after about 18 months of use it starts to fail. If you want to spend $800 on a robot vacuum I suggest you keep shopping.

Not pet hair friendly

This vacuum is fantastic for regular upkeep cleaning. It is nice that we can look in on our animals. The cats do not seem to mind it or move out of its way. hee hee. It does not do well with pet hair. We have two cats, and one sheds a lot. I do have the settings to smart suction. Good for dirt sucks for pet hair.

I had Samsung R7070 WiFi Robot Vacuum Self-cleaning Brush for Pet Hair and it worked beautifully for everyday dirt and pet hair . After serval years I upgraded to this vacuum and works great for everyday dust and dirt but absolutely sucks for dog hair. I don’t know if it’s picking up the hair as an obstacle or just can’t suck it up. But either way it definitely does not work as well as a older cheaper version that Samsung produced.

Purchased in October, failed in November, returned in December. received it back with an impressive number of parts replaced. Still missing areas to clean, with a new symptom, now on occasion it returns to recharge to continue cleaning and forgets it already began the cleaning and starts cleaning all over again. I would not purchase again, Power Bot was by far superior, bought a Shark.

Broke after a couple of months

It worked great for a couple of months, now my vacuum won't work and constantly says something is caught in the right wheel. There is nothing caught in the wheel. I talked to Samsung support and they said it's warranty expired in March 2023 even though I bought it and registered it in June 2023. So they won't honor the warranty or stand behind their product.

I’ve had the Jetbot+ for a year and 9 months. The mapping was good and really like how the Smart Things app made it easy to use. Held up with my pets and their fur. The downside is the battery. For as expensive as this robot vacuum is, I thought I’d be able to get a few years out of it. It takes about 6-7 seconds for 1 percent to drain. That equates to about 10 minutes of run time. Bought it last year and it was great at first. After one year, the suction seems to be non-existent, doesn't seem to empty completely into the clean station if at all, and can't dock itself onto the clean station after cleaning without help.
