We LOVE our new washing machine- We are able to do large loads quickly- The machine is super quiet and great quality. Very happy with our purchase!

So far so good

Purchased about 3 weeks ago and it is working great. No issues at all. A very quiet machine. Have done about 15 loads so far - mix of colors, whites and heavy duty (comforters/sheets/towels). All came out great.

I wish I never bought this machine If I could I would get my money back

Noisy, Shaky, Stinky, Buggy - and Lemony?

Like many others, I regret buying this washer. If you do end up buying it, get the extended warranty. After just 3 years of normal use, Lowes are about to declare it a lemon because of the repair cost. Ultimately, probably due to all the vibration, it started failing to complete the spin cycle and would just retry over an over for at least an hour until it apparently gave up. nice and reliable

I used to have a laundry unit (attached washer/dryer) in my laundry closet in my condo. when the dryer stopped working, the technician suggested I get a stackable washer dryer and I found this pair. Easy to assemble using a stacking kit. Very nice looking. Energy Efficient too. I am very happy with my purchase. I liked it so much that when my sister's washer went bad, I ordered the same set for her. Lowes has free delivery and installation. Amazing!!

Recommend this new washer

Very happy with this washer. Runs relatively quiet, many settings and you can have it save settings as well. I like that it shows how many minutes each cycle choice takes, and counts down the minutes while running as well.

Not Recommended

I cannot stress enough how incredibly disapointed I am with this purchase. Everything from the product itself to Samsung customer service has been AWFUL! It worked just fine until about three months in - then it started making a thumping noise and started to wobble. Service people came on 6 three different occasions and from two different companies (all arranged for by Samsung or Lowes customer service; we did everything through Samsung and Lowes customer service) - to "fix" it. Garbage

All positive reviews are from new owners. I have owned this product for about 3 years now and I am very disappointed. The seal went out about a year ago so water leaks out the front door. Now it seems the water level sensor has gone out as well so I get errors mid cycle and the wash does not finish. These things should not be happening on what I consider still a "new" machine.

The washer was in our price range it was delivered the next day for free and we’ve been using ever since

Works well. Lots of settings options but not too many to understand quickly and easily. Very happy with how it works.

This is an awesome washing machine. All the bells and whistle‘s but the price was about half that of all the others. Definitely lives up to its billing can easily fit 15 full-size towels in this washer. So far it is fantastic

The longer you use it, the louder it gets!

We've only had this for just under a year, and it already is going bad. It is so loud that you can't even carry on a conversation without yelling so you can hear one another! Wish we had gone with a different make/model.

Great Machine

So far, so good. My last washer dies after 19 years. I replaced it with this one. It is a perfect size, does a great job, is quiet as it operates, and not overly technical. At the end of the cycle it plays a pleasant song indicating it is complete.

noisy. samsung tech looked at it and said it was in spec. if that is true then it's a joke.

Does not last more than 2 years

This washer did not last me a full 3 years, sitting at 2 years and 8 months from purchase with an average of 1 load washed each week, this washer is a waste of money. If you buy this definitely get the warranty extension you will need it.

Do NOT BUY!!!!

Had this SET (washer and dryer) for a little over 3 years. The dryer broke a month out of warranty (after a year). The washer's rubber diaphragm is now broken and it tore the arm off a nice Tommy Hilfiger sweater I wore a only a couple times! Tore the dang arm right off of it!!! Now I'm stuck spending $1200 AGAIN 3 years later on a new washer and dryer! I can tell you one thing, I will NOT be getting a Samsung! Its not like it was heavily used either.
