Not the best Samsung product

I have had the washer and dryer for 3 years. Dryer is fine but the washer is it a high maintenance machine. You have to drain it and air it after every use or the rotten smell wont go away. Dont waste your money. My friends warned me but I thought the opening of the door was going to resolve the foul smell...oh I was wrong.

Bad engineering

This machine was perfectly level but shook the house and sounded like a bomb going off when on spin cycle

Regular washing machine

This washer is no better than other washers. It does clean the clothes, but it still ties them in knots. I bought this model because Lowe's said it has an App but it does not. I complained to Lowe's who did nothing and did not change the specs on the website.

Crap

Brand new bought in October 29’ it already has a drain issue. I’ve done all the steps to drain it on my own. I’ve been on and off the phone to have someone fix it but they’ve not been very helpful. Doesn't clean and stinks no matter what

I use this washer daily, clean it weekly and no matter what we do it smells. Love my samsungs but will never buy another front load again

The price of this washing machine was the initial attraction, $627 after taxes with a rebate on the delivery charge (FREE DELIVERY). We have had this washer for about 2.5 weeks. Washing machine is great

I really like the washing machine. This is my first front loading washer. It is doing a great job. I really like the good variety of wash cycles it offers. And, the little song rather than an irritating buzz is a nice change for letting you know the time is up. Now, if only the stackable dryer had controls on the bottom of it, I'd be very happy indeed. Cycle Selector Indicators Rubbing Off

The Cycle Selector Indicators are rubbing off after less than one year of use (the words Normal, Delicates, Perm Press, etc) - this is a common issue on the Samsung support community help topics. Terrible- Do not buy

after about 6 months of use the washer is not working and produces an error in display that doesn't align with any of the published error codes. i've called samsung for support and because the product is not under warranty even though it has only been used for 6 months total (i got brand new with my house i purchased and because the sellar purchased this 2 years ago- its no longer covered under samsung warranty). the cost for the registered samsung technician to come and diagnosis the issue and ...

too much vibration at the beginning of spin I don't think that uses enough water the only cycle I use is quick wash because the others are an hour or longer

Burnt my clothes

ive had this for 5 years only. the childlock button is always on. ive tried resetting the machine several times. it runs fine but now it is burning my clothes so i will need to have a technician come out. i wouldnt recommend this machine.

Doesn't include everything you need but works well

We had purchased this washer thinking that it came with everything we would need and would be able to use it first day. What they (Samsung) fail to tell you is that it requires their special wrench that is sold separately and do not include this $10 wrench with their $800 washing machine. If I had known that or this information had been easily made known (have to refer to the manual to learn it's not included) at the time of purchase, I would have ordered the wrench as well so I would have it on...

After 13 months, washer wont work anymore

my problem was, after owning it for 13 months, only 1 month pass my manufacture warranty the machine is broken now. i can't choose by turning the knob, it doesn't start, it literally stopped working.

Love our new washer

Dryer died, old Washer was 4 years old and top loading. Found this unit in the scratch and dent products location. Wonderful deal price wise, Wife loves the unit, saves water, cleans great and plays a song at the end of the cycle. Quiet, great water spin out cycle, clothes are almost dry when finished. Love the unit so far.

Samsung 4.2 cu ft washer - not good

Purchased this new from Lowes 8/30/2018. worked well for about a year. started to notice it smelled musty and moldy. ran the self cleaning cycle monthly, but no improvement. tried also the in-the-tube cleaning agent, and no real luck their either. now just past warranty 4/30/2020 the inlet valve appears broken, and the unit will not fill with water.
