Fantastic Upgrade

Bought this as a replacement for our 13 year old Kenmore front load washer. We were already schooled in the ways of front loaders and had pretty high expectations. It's been about 6 weeks since we took delivery and our experience has been overwhelmingly good. We needed a unit that could keep up with a family of 5 humans and 1 large dog that averages 5+ cycles/week. DO NOT BUY THESE! They are not stackable

I purchased this washer and gas dryer and upon stacking them I am unable to use my dryer. The control panel faces upwards so you either have to be six foot tall or use a step stool. After spending all this money Im so disappointed. I'm 5'7. They shouldn't advertise them as stackable with a major design flaw, the control panels facing upward. They should be Flat or not as tall. They also appear to be very cheaply made.

Good washer. A little loud during spin cycle but Samsung seems to be a durable brand.

Broke after 1 year and 1 month

I bought this washer a year and a month ago and it seemed to be great but it all of the sudden broke down with a repair code of 5e we looked it up in the manual and it basically said call a repairman. So I guess it was a great deal if it had lasted longer than 1 year. We probably wash clothes about once a week. Crazy to have a washer break so fast. Would not recommend.

Worked great, for one year.

Great washer, but started having issues with the drum not spinning a month after the warranty ran out. It's a fine washer, but for the price, it's not a quality product.

Samsung washers WF42H5000A

Just delivered, first load the timer stayed on 19 minutes on the timer for over 25 minutes in the spin cycle. Had to shut machine off. Going into LOWES tomorrow and tell them to take it back. Do not want it if I am having problems the first day.

Broke in 6 months

Bought the washer and dryer set from Lowe's. Washer broke in 6 months and flooded the garage. It was out of Lowe's 30 day warranty. Samsung came out to fix and replaced the entire drum. They left the metal frame alone with rust all over the side. Bad customer service. Samsung should stick to cell phones.

Amazing!

This is my first front-loading and high-efficiency washer and I'm sold! This washer is quiet, fast, cleans my clothes well, and lets you know when it's finished. Worth every penny.

worst appliance ever

Does not clean clothes so I frequently need to rewash items despite good detergent and small loads. My father inadvertently washed a container with tablet sweeteners in his pants pocket. The tablets came out of this washer in great shape - they totally dissolve when he has done this at home using his new low-water-use front-loader. This machine's technology is not good enough to support the low water usage. The matching dryer doesn't work well either. Unfortunately, they are still working ...

I have had it for about 2 weeks and so far it is working fine.

I took delivery of this washer 12/22/2018 so I haven't been using it long but so far it is getting my clothes very clean.

Installed just after Christmas. Runs fantastic no noise and clothes come out almost dry. Not sure what other reviews were talking about but mine is nothing like complaints. Make sure you take out packing bolts.

Samsung washer

Samsung stepped up with this washer very quit on spin cycle and the cloths are practical dry when you take them out.

Best Christmas present ever

My daughter says she loves this new washer. It is easy to load and appears that the clothes clean well and the spin cycle is very quiet and thorough.

We purchased the washer dryer set and have not had a good experience. The dryer broke after 2 weeks, needed a new gas valve and broke again within the year. Now the moisture sensor doesn't work so it will be our 3rd warranty. Washer has always violently rumbled around the room. Feet were adjusted and machine leveled many times but every load makes it walk even on lower spin speeds. Many regrets
