Starrted Falling apart after 1 year

I have lots of Samsung Items, so when the Lowes sales rep recommended their Washer, I listened (I had LG in the past) ...However a HUGE disappointment ...After a year the right side of the panel started to smudge out and getting worse each day. Crazy Vibrating Machine, not washer!

The very first time I'm trying Samsung and the very first use, I need to send it back! Every spin is extremely noisy and the machine was jumping (I have to say it's jumping, vibrating may be too soft for it) all over places, it pushed my dryer away. So, my husband gave it another try to move it down to the floor, still no different. Definitely will bring back to Lowes today!!! It's not even worth 1 star.

Disappoint selection

no power and bad distribution, taking for ever to finish.

Dampens and flops the clothes around. Won't fill.

Just received this washer & it won't fill. I made sure of all the connections, calibrated & checked water pressure (80psi). Just dampens & flops.

So upset!!!

I haven't even had this washing machine for a month and it's already messed up!!! It starts washing, then the 4E code pops up which indicates an issue with the water source. We have taken the water hoses off, checked for any clogs or kinks just as the manual says and still not working!!! I am definitely going to be making a call to get my money back!

Do not buy this Samsung product.

We bought all new Samsung appliances for our new house in 2015 didn't move in until August of 2015 so far we have replaced the built in Microwave, the washing machine, dry has been worked on twice a now the refrigerator is leaking, I have called customers service and of course every thing is out of warranty no help. So far no issues with gas range or dishwasher. Hope this helps.

Best washer I have owned

Clothes dont come clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] even on the hottest heavy duty setting with extra rinse, clothes dont come clean. i have to wash them twice. i believe its the lack of water and slow agitation.

worst quality ever

had this for 3 years and since day one its leaked and banged loudly. I'm sitting next to the Samsung repair guy as I type while he attempts to fix the vibration issue and still isn't sure where the leak is coming from. Well based in the pic I'm sharing it's rusted out the front panel so I hope we solve it. Steer clear at all costs!

DON'T BUY

We wanted to "treat" ourselves and get a "nice" matching set, so we bought this Samsung Front-load washer, after 3 years it is DEAD!! My husband is handy and has replaced SEVERAL parts to limp it along but it can't be repaired anymore. I am going back to the old reliable top loading machine with no bells and whistles. I gave my mom my old Magic Chef, and after 10+ years, it's running like a champ. Do not waste your money on a Samsung machine

Good washer

Had the washer for a little less then 3 years now. Still doing well with the mix of cloths we use it for. Some really dirty from gardening or cutting fire wood to just around the house dirty. Gets things clean and to date no problems.

Expensive Junk

this washer has smelled so bad. i have put it on the clean washer cycle, (4 hours btw), with washer cleaner in it and it still smells horrible. it shorts out all of the time. horrible buy.

Samsung is great with electronics but not with wm

The washer shakes on the spin cycle really bad. I bought the machine and within 3 weeks I returned and got another delivered to my home. Needless to say within 2 weeks the new machine shook really bad as well. I always bought whirlpool and never had any problems in the past. So back to Whirlpool! Lowes will deliver a new Whirlpool washer tomorrow and they can have this Samsung forever! I'll stick to Samsung for my electronics and Whirlpool for my laundry needs. This product has really frustrate ...

Piece of junk

Doesn’t want to stay running. Door won’t go into lock mode so the machine will wash. Samsung need to stay out of the appliance business cause they don’t have a clue. Kenmore never had any of these problems. The appliance product are junk.

Costly fail

we've had this machine 14 months and of course, right after the warranty expired we had a major failure. the rear tub bearing has failed and we now have a several hundred dollar repair bill.

3 years and needs replaced already

We've only had this washer for 3 years and already the motor has burned out twice and now we're replacing it with a different brand.

Water stops draining then floods our house
