Cleanest my cloths have ever been.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was nervous about getting a front load washer because i have heard a lot of bad reviews, not in this case, this by far is one of the easiest to use and it does a great job getting everything clean.

Nothing But Trouble

We bought this machine from Lowe's just over 3 years ago. The machine is loud during the spin cycles and rocks around, moving across the floor. We have had problems with the machine leaking, so we clean the debris filter and drain tube frequently. Now, the tube from the water pressure valve has a hole in it due to the rocking and wild agitation of the machine. It also is making an even louder squeaking sound while spinning. I know that there is planned obsolesces to appliances these days, but...

Direct replacement, great upgrade

Replaced the same style but in LG. Actually used the LG base in the photo. Works great, uses little water but the clothes are clean

Never Again will i buy anything Samsung

i first purchased the top loader then the circuit board died it was replaced then here comes the recall. I purchased the Samsung front loader and ill be darn, after 2.5 years the cycles will not stop the washer will run for hours and i have to manually turn it off and take the dripping clothes out. I called Samsung and was told to run calibration and we did and it didnt change the outcome. I have never had issues like this with sny washer ive purchased they run for years. Big Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this one is bigger than expected-holds lots of bedding & large loads of clothes. spin causes some rocking-probably needs to be leveled again-once it gets going the rocking stops.

Hated it

never would spin right. absolutely hated it! couldn't even sell it to a repairman! he said he already had 6 on the floor. good luck!

warning do no purchase

Do not purchase this Samsung product. I purchased the unit it lasted 14mo. and the motor went out. The motor was covered by a 10 year warranty but guess what? They force you to use their repair company NISI, which is a joke. They charge you $80 trip charge and $80 labor and they try to find anything that releases Samsung from providing the parts for free, which is the only thing covered under the 10 year warranty. Doesn't last

this has been a great washer for 16 months. but when i buy a large appliance, i expect it to last at least 5 years with no problems. won't buy another samsung washer.

Stops in spin cycle, can't open door.

must manually drain water before spin cycle can be resumed or before door can be opened. first time samsung washer/dryer owner and unless samsung has a fix for this problem it will be the last.

poor product

Had repairman out 2 X. Again 3mo AFTER warranty ran out. Never buy Samsung washers again.

Quiet and efficient

Very easy to operate and cloths come out almost dry. Like the little chime it plays to notify you it has finished.
