Features are great, IF they all actually worked. The only temperature I get in the washer is COLD; no matter what the setting. And the "Warm/Warm" wash (even though is all cold water coming out), is not an option for the normal wash time setting. Yes, the washer uses very little water at a time, so the water coming from the pipes is always cold, no matter what the setting. Yes, the HOT water valve is turn on. So, having a HOT and WARM temperature feature is useless on this model. Value - low end...

So far, very happy. Very quiet and on the high spin cycle there is very little movement. Control panel is easy to use. All the features you need. I love the large storage drawer. Great price.

Wondering what the future with this washer will be like

I have read nearly all the reviews for this washer on this site, and on others, and nearly every single review that is positive has owners who have only used their machine for up to 12 months. This makes me very very nervous because the ones who have complaints or negative comments about their machines have owned them for over 12 months to a few years. I love it! but...

I got this washer after my cheep washer broke down. I was going to spend over $1000 to buy good looking washer but I wanted to save some money so I chose this one. This washer is so quiet and it does wash really good. And I think it won't use water like my old one also. However after I read some of the review,I'm little worry...I hope it won't brake down so soon. Because I don't want to call sumsang customer service...sounds like their customer service is horrible...I'm crossing my fingers..

Amazing

This washer is so amazing. My clothes were cleaner after the first wash, the dingy was gone, I know it was soap residue from the bad tinsing of my old machine. Make yourself happy and get this washer now!

I got this washer after having whoolpool duet that sounded like it was going blow up I love the samsung washer it is a lot better then whoolpool

You might want to find something else

I had two bad units. Both were professionally installed, and installed correctly. The first one had a major out-of-balance issue, even though all of the shipping bolts were removed, the unit was leveled, all four feet were contacting the floor, and it was on a concrete surface. The second WF210ANW had a problem with its brain. The control panel would not respond to commands, and once the installers were able to get into a wash cycle, the washer would make a groaning noise, and then nothing else...

Very nice

This is our first front loader which we purchased as part of a set to go in our new home. It does everything our old set did, but better and more efficiently. Also, the song is nice because you know your load is done, no guessing, did I hear the washer go off? And it's loud enough to hear upstairs in a bedroom.

Wonderful Washer

My husband and I purchased this washer after having problems with another brand after only owning the other brand a month. After owning this unit for 6 months now, I can attest to how wonderful it is! First off, it is VERY quiet. DO NOT BUY

I bought this washer 16 months ago. I regret it. It shows the "ND" code for no reason. Now it only washes one load before the "ND" code appears. To add to my misery, the door is locked. I have emailed Samsung and have not received a call or an email. Nice customer service. I guess I get what I pay for. $500.00 for junk. I will call the local Lowe's store and speak with someone and find out if they can help me out. I pray that someone steps up to help. P.S. its not the leveling issue. I am a loya...

Does the job

I have a child and a husband that constantly has dirty clothes. This model does a good job. We don't use but about 1/4 of a cup of the HE detergent and when I am done washing clothes, I leave the door open on the washing machine so it will not mildew. Many websites will tell you to do that on any front load model. I owned this machine for several months and I wouldn't change anything. My electric bill did reflect a change of about $10 a month savings for us.

DO NOT BUY

We bought the washer and dryer less then a year ago. Dryer worked for about 6 mnts. then would not start. Got another one..same thing happend about 2 mnts. after purchasing. And Samsung has the worst customer service. Never do what they say there going to do. Been out with a dryer for 6 weeks now, and still nothing!!! Now the washer has a very musky/stagnant smell and is molding along rubber in door. Would NOT reccomend either of these!!

Great Washer!

I have had this washer for one month now. My Whirlpool Calypso died for the second time and was no longer under warranty, so I decided to get a new one. Reviews were great on the Samsung and although this is their "base" model, I find this machine washes better than my Calypso ever did! we have only had the washer for a short period of time , but it not only works great, but our clothes are cleaned than they have ever been. very quiet, easy to use, and the clothes are not tied in knots when they come out and they are very dry. saving money on drying. overall an excellent product. great service from Lowe's as well.

After going to the laundromat for over fifteen years (due to basement issues caused by flooding) I was extremely anxious to purchase the right washer & dryer. Great features

This is my first front loading washer and I love it. It has great settings and is easy to use. I would recomend this highly to anyone who is looking for a front load washer. It is also very quiet and I have to go and look at it to see if it is running.
