Quiet and Efficient

Perfect for us. Large loads with very little water use and quiet. We have ours stacked with the matching dryer and saves us room in our vacation townhouse.

Great HE Washer

It has been a year since I bought this washer. I wanted an HE washer but was concerned about some negative comments on HE washers in general. After asking a lot of questions from a knowledgable and very patient salesperson I bought it. Best decision I've made in years. I really love it. NOT OVERLY HAPPY!!!!!!

I loved my product at first it was efficent enough for my family and the clothes were clean, but after only 3 months it started giving NF error. Not happy about that, then having to wait for part and repair then not even sure if it will work.

We have owned the washer and dryer for 2 months now, we love them the clothes are clean. Remember to leave the washer door open to prevent mold and always use HE detergent. We used the regular and did not have good results the first week . Great deal and they look awesome

We replaced our 6 year old Maytags with the Samsung set. I was sick of top load washers because they were always getting out of balance and walking all over the laundry room. Not too many bells and whistles - just right

I haven't had my washer for too long, but I am enjoying. I still can't believe that the small amount of water can get anything clean, but it does! I haven't been able to really test out energy consumption yet. Also, I'm doing laundry more often but I'm doing fewer loads. Whenever I have a load, I wash it because the regular wash cycle is about an hour and I don't want to spend a whole day and evening doing laundry. My machine has just enough options and settings. Samsung 3.5 Front-load washer

This is the best washer I have ever had. It isquite, fast, and cleans beautifully as clothes come out almost dry and that has cut my dryer bill. I am more than pleased.

Great buy for $500

Yes, it takes longer to wash clothing than my 30 year old machine that we replaced. Once you get used to the longer wash cycles, the rest is just fine. We now use 1/4th the detergent we used to use and the clothing does come out clean. Clothing is cleaned by absorbing water from underneath the drum, which is far different than top-loaders. Cant seem to get the clothes clean!

I really have wanted to like this product, but for some reason I cannot get the clothes clean. There is also a permeating mildew smell that I detect that seems to be coming from the washer. I have run about 5 hot loads through the machine with baking soda and vinegar in the rinse cycle and this has helped, but then this ruins the clothes. Love my new washer and dryer

I just purchased this washer and dryer 1 month ago. I love the way it washes but when it goes into a spin it just shakes the whole house. We finally just got a repairman out today to look at it, and he said that was normal for the front loads. He checked to see if the delivery boys took the bolts out, and they did, but he said he couldnt find anything else wrong with it. Other than a few mix ups with the delivery of the washer and dryer, I have been very pleased with the Samsung front loading washer and dryer. They were easy to install and hookup and easy to stack. They do a great job washing clothes and hold much more than our previous washer and dryer. Pre-treating tough stains is recommended, but that's no different than washing with top loaders from the past. Washer leaves clothes nearly dry reducing the drying time considerably. Very good purchase

The wash cycle may be longer, but the clothes come out cleaner. The stains come out easier. The washer/dryer are now on sale for less than I bought them for, but I could not wait 2 months and it beats going to a laundromat.

terrible service dept. 6 calls still no serviceman

had trouble with leak ,hotwater leaking into tub when not in use.called samsung 6 times will not send serviceman out keep saying its drain hose,cant get across to them that the trouble is hotwater shutoff valve in machine is not sealing and is letting hotwater drip into tub.Each day the washer is not used the water gets deeper.1st samsung product in 40 yrs and the last.Their service dept. is terrible.
